Hello,

And welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Vivian Girard,

And it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon total lunar eclipse in Pisces.

As we begin,

I invite you to picture yourself walking into my virtual living room and taking a seat in our circle space.

I use breath and astrology as a guide for us to drop deeper into our own human experience,

Aligning with the power of what is happening energetically to move our lives forward in a direction that inspires and thrills us.

So let us begin.

Go ahead and close your eyes and allow yourself to settle more firmly into this moment.

You have chosen to pause the activity of your day and bring all of your focus inward with the guidance of the energy of this full moon.

For your mind,

As we begin,

This is a total lunar eclipse,

Meaning it adds a layer of intensity to the already full energy of illumination that happens in our lives with a full moon.

So you may notice more downloads,

More ahas.

You may be seeing how things are weaving together.

You may have greater clarity on something that has been struggling in your awareness for a while.

In this meditation,

The invitation is to bring that awareness into your body,

To ground that extra understanding,

That deeper layer,

More firmly into the life that you are living.

We do that through coming into the body.

So invite more of you to come into you.

Breath is one way to do that.

So you slow down your breathing.

Another way is to focus on your feet.

So as you visualize your feet in your mind's eye,

You can imagine guiding all of your awareness,

Your power,

Your energy,

Your consciousness through your body all the way down to your feet.

What may happen as you visualize your energy flowing through your body is you feel the movement as your awareness travels down through your body.

You may feel a tug in your shoulders or a heaviness in your stomach,

More weight in your hips and your thighs.

As you focus on your feet,

You may notice that things start to slow down in your mind,

That there's a depth that starts to become present inside of you,

A filling up,

A density.

This is a powerful moment to consciously choose to relax your muscles,

To allow your mind to send a message through your entire body that this is a moment you have chosen that is safe,

Where your body can relax and loosen any tight grip or control over needing to protect you to keep you safe.

Because in your choice to close your eyes and meditate,

To create a cocoon for yourself,

You have already created the safety that your body needs so that you can be more present.

So you relax your muscles and then invite more of you to come down and through you all the way to your feet.

And when we invite more of our awareness to come into our body,

We may notice where we have had our awareness.

The people that we track or pay attention to,

Worry about,

Try to protect or fix.

What if you could unravel your energy from those people and bring your energy back into you?

You may see that as threads that you're tugging on,

Pulling on,

That bring your consciousness,

Your power back into you in this moment.

As you bring your power into your body,

Guide it down all the way through to your feet and start filling your body up with you.

Relaxing your muscles and then inviting more of you to come back,

To bring all of your power into this moment where you are,

Down and through all the way to your feet.

Notice what happens in your body as you come into full presence in this moment.

You may notice inside of your body feelings that you haven't had the space for or the attention for.

Use your breath and breathe into the inside of you.

Breathe into the emotions that perhaps you are just now becoming aware of.

When the world is loud and busy,

It is very easy for our attention to be pulled outside of us and it gets caught in the intensity,

It gets caught in the activity.

When we unravel from all of the external and bring our full awareness into ourselves,

There may be layers inside of ourselves that we just start to see or feel or become aware of.

And so in meditation time,

The first beginning of that process may just be feeling what we haven't had the space to feel.

When we have claimed safety through our choice to meditate,

There is room for the feeling of what is happening inside of ourselves.

So breathe into you.

Relax your muscles and allow yourself to be so present,

So aware of all that is happening inside of yourself.

Expand the space inside.

Imagine you can stretch the size of your body and create even more room inside of yourself to breathe,

To be,

To feel,

To explore our consciousness,

Our energy or awareness inside of our body.

It is taking clues or threads or evidence from what we see in the world around us and it is weaving internally a tapestry,

A thread that we then project back out externally.

And so we are constantly creating our external environment from the energy,

The dreams,

The visioning,

The desires,

The beliefs,

The thoughts that we have inside of ourselves.

If we are constantly playing in the external,

We are just recreating,

Recreating,

Recreating,

Recreating the external.

When we choose to pause like we are in this moment in meditation and sit within ourselves,

Feel what is true and what lights us up,

Become aware inside of ourselves of what is stagnant or outdated,

No longer true or in alignment.

When we clarify that within ourselves and release that energy all the way down through to our feet and into the earth,

We create more space inside of ourselves to feel,

Express something new,

To have space inside of ourselves for the seed of a dream to become bigger,

To be nourished and fed by our own energy.

It's like an incubator that we feed with refining the dream,

Adding in new nuggets that perhaps we have picked up from the external that weren't quite correct,

But when we sit in meditation space and we can feel the elements of our dreams,

Our desires clarifying,

We can refine that little piece that perhaps wasn't quite right.

But now inside of ourselves we can feel the excitement growing and clarity is potent,

Amplified,

And now this dream,

This desire is taking on more shape,

More form inside of ourselves.

It is our power refining itself.

Our energy,

Our consciousness choosing to form so that it can express in a way that is even more aligned than before we meditated.

That is the gift that we receive when we spend time with ourselves in ourselves.

So allow the spaciousness inside of you,

The fertile ground of dreams,

Imagination,

Visions,

New creativity forming.

Allow the space for that inside of you to become bigger within you.

And then we connect that energy within ourselves to the earth to ground it into form,

To create a connection that allows us the strength,

The next steps to bring that into our reality,

To bring that from the seed of an idea inside of ourselves through into form.

So you bring all of your power,

All of your energy down through your body to your feet and you feel your feet connecting to the earth.

A beautiful visual is to see roots like the roots of a tree growing from your feet deep down into the soil underneath where you are in this moment.

Imagine the tallest trees near you with their deep roots that go far down and wide.

From the center of the tree trunk itself the roots spread out in all directions,

Deeper and wider.

And you match that same energy at your feet with your roots,

Good job,

Going all the way deep down into the earth,

Winding through the soil,

Receiving the nourishment of the earth as the consciousness of Gaia holds our consciousness.

We are energetic beings in human bodies,

Human vessels.

And when we choose to remember our connection,

Energy first from the base of our feet down into the earth,

The physical support,

The boost of energetic nutrients can be sent up into our physical bodies from the consciousness of Gaia.

So you visualize the connection,

The roots underneath your feet going way down deep into the earth.

And then you relax your body and allow your body to receive whatever support you need in this moment to begin actualizing the dreams that you are holding inside of your physical body.

Everything that we look at and play with and experience in our meditation space,

It is our consciousness speaking to us,

Showing us what is possible,

Showing us where we are blocked or limiting ourselves.

When we choose to connect in with Gaia,

The consciousness of Gaia,

Deep down through the soil,

We are able to receive nourishment and support for our dreams,

For our desires,

From the energy of our planet.

Just as a tree receives nourishment through the soil to grow taller and stretch branches wider and move through the cycles of the seasons,

It is the same for us as energetic beings in human bodies.

So we choose,

At a full moon,

Total lunar eclipse in Pisces,

To pull back the veil of forgetting that this is the way we can receive nourishment and to tap in at our feet through the roots,

Deeper and wider than ever before.

Tap in with Gaia.

And simply allow ourselves to receive whatever it is that we most need in this moment for support,

For nourishment,

Into our human bodies.

Using your breath to inhale as you receive and exhale as you relax into receiving.

Relaxing your muscles.

There is a quiet that arrives in our combination of mind,

Body,

Heart,

Soul.

When we are in absolute synchronization with ourselves,

With the planet,

With the perfection of this one moment right now,

There is no striving or checklist or strain or accomplishment.

There is simply this quiet confidence,

This knowing that we are listening deeply within ourselves and in harmony with the planet,

Which naturally means we are in harmony with the universe,

With one,

With all consciousness.

So you breathe.

You rest in the quiet.

And maybe there is a next step,

Something to be done.

Maybe there is simply the invitation to meditate more,

Meditate again.

You will know.

And when you listen and you follow your own guidance,

Your own vision,

And you come back and you listen again within yourself,

You take that quiet confidence from meditation and embody it.

You walk as quiet confidence you know.

And that embodied knowing is the most beautiful,

Powerful frequency.

It calms a whole room.

It quiets the noise,

The static for you,

For others around you.

And in the ever louder world externally,

This frequency is pure gold.

It is the greatest contribution you can bring anywhere you go.

We are in a moment of much back and forth.

A lot of reviewing externally,

Internally.

Four of the five outer planets are now retrograde in the new signs they just entered this year.

We are taking a pause and exhale.

Reassessing.

The awareness you receive in your own inner landscape is the best,

Most pure,

Clear guidance that you can carry into all of the places that you go externally.

So you breathe.

You release any doubt,

Resistance,

Stagnation through your feet,

Through your roots deep into the earth.

You breathe into your own inner knowing.

Expanding the quiet confidence inside of yourself.

You know,

You already know.

As you feel ready,

We're going to start bringing ourselves back into full awareness of this moment externally.

So as you feel ready,

Open your eyes and just look at one thing in front of you.

So I am looking at a crystal I'm holding in my hand.

You can wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your feet.

Allow yourself to take in more of the information in the room around you.

Merging your external environment with the quiet knowing,

The peacefulness inside of you that you accessed in your meditation space.

You merge the inner and the outer.

So breathe,

Release any doubt.

If you received next steps,

I encourage you to take that inspired action forward.

Allow your meditation to guide your choices that you are making in your external reality.

And then watch as you continue meditating,

How much more clear the guidance becomes because you listen and apply.

And you come back and you listen and apply again.

Your soul,

Your consciousness waits for you in your meditation space to listen so that you can have more clear guidance.

So create the feedback loop for yourself.

This full moon,

Total lunar eclipse may feel intense and so I encourage you to meditate as often as you need and come join us in one of the lives as we build community together at this time.
