Full Moon In Aries

Join me for a guided meditation at this Full Moon in Aries, tuning into the energy of our planet and our individual place here within the collective humanity. It is a powerful, activating time in Consciousness and such a gift to be alive during this transition with Pluto from Capricorn into Aquarius. Meditation is a pause to find our center and steadiness through the waves of collective energy.

Hello and welcome to our community meditation space. My name is Vivian Gerard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Aries. Let us go ahead and begin. Close your eyes. Allow yourself to settle fully into this moment in time in your body here on this planet. It is a chaotic energy that is moving around our world at this time and there are several layers to the astrology. So as we go through this meditation together, I will weave in different elements and allow our minds to have some structure, Some context for what we are seeing play out in our external reality. For now, Let us focus on being in the body. If you're able to, Plant your feet firmly on the floor. Feel yourself connecting in with our planet, With Gaia Earth, The consciousness that is creating everything that we are experiencing every day, All day long. It is generated by the energy field, The womb that is Earth. And so as you plant your feet, It's as if you're synchronizing in, You're connecting right in with the energy field of our planet. When we do that, When we allow ourselves to remember that we are intimately connected and communicating with Gaia, With Earth, We can invite our energy, Our awareness to come down through our body, All the way down to our feet. What happens when we do that is we bring our center of awareness lower. It can go from the mind, Where many of us are very busy. It can move through our body. And then our focus of awareness can connect in at our feet with the energy field of our planet. Why would we want this to happen? Well, Especially at a full moon in Aries, A full moon in Aries that has so much fire and action and impulsiveness and energy movement, Being grounded in our body is the most powerful way to decide what action steps to take. When we're not in our mind and analyzing, Evaluating, Comparing, Predicting, Instead, When we're down in our body, All the way down to our feet, We are more aware, More conscious, More able to understand all of the layers that might be at play, Impacting our choices and our actions. And so we are more empowered when we are down in our body. All the way down to our feet. So we breathe. We focus on our feet. We see our feet in our mind's eye. We see our feet planted on the ground, On the carpet, On the earth, On the grass. As we bring so much attention and focus down to our feet, Our energy naturally follows that flow. And then we can choose. Is there some toxicity, Some heaviness, Doubt, Or fear that we want to release from our feet into the earth? It's a choice. So you may decide no, You're good. All the energy in your body is staying in your body. You might instantly feel like you need to pull the plug. There's so much toxicity and doubt and overwhelm and chaos and anxiety from yourself, From the match to the collective consciousness right now, That the most important thing you could do is to open up your feet and just release toxicity into the earth. Trust what brings release and spaciousness inside of your body. If holding all of it inside feels tight, Turbulent, Then imagine you can just create pores or openings or a porous material at the bottom of your feet that just yawns, Coughs. Your eyes may water. You may get chills through your body. As energy releases through our feet into the earth, It can create a physical reaction in our body. So you relax your muscles, Allow your body to breathe more deeply. Focus on your feet again to ground yourself, To steady yourself. Beautiful. Relax your muscles of your body all over again. And then notice any shifts that are happening inside of your body, Just from this simple choice to be still and to move energy and to bring your focus from your mind down to your feet. Notice if it's quieter inside of your mind, Calmer inside of your body. If there are places in your body that immediately call your attention, Go to that place in your body and see if you can breathe some space, Some calm, Some stability into that place that needs your attention. It's a feeling that you create or shift inside of yourself. It's not a task of the mind or a thought. It's a feeling. And so as you bring your attention to the different spaces inside of your human form, You'll notice where the feeling either wants to be released, Calmed, Expanded. Or if it's a feeling that is good, That rejuvenates you inside, Can you give it more space, Allow that calm to spread wider throughout your body? As we bring our focus inside, Our energy is going to expand wherever we bring our focus. And so if you identify the places that need care and attention and start to shift, Transmute the energy that may have been toxic, You will find that there is space inside of you to expand the good feelings, The calm, The quiet. In a world that is going through so much, Yeah, The calm, The quiet. In a world that is going through so many astrological shifts and experiencing externally so much chaos, It is powerful to find stillness inside and be that energy. It's important for us and it's a gift for everyone around us when we embody that. So breathe into the stillness inside of you. Find the places where you feel a match to what I'm describing and expand the stillness. Anything that feels bumpy or turbulent, Send it down to your feet. And then again, You get to choose. Do you keep it in your body or do you release it through your feet into the earth? And let's bring our attention for a moment down to where our feet connect to the earth. There is a lot of conversation and attention being put on the surface of the earth. On the health and wellness of our planet, The changes that we are seeing as a humanity and weather patterns. And so trust your own knowing as you bring your attention down to your feet. Feel your feet planted on the earth. I call the consciousness of the earth Gaia. As you tune in at your feet to Gaia earth, Allow yourself to hear or feel or intuitively sense the truth about our planet. I'll ask a couple questions and then perhaps you can hear the answers that the consciousness of Gaia is directly speaking to you. The first question I feel is about the health, The wellness of Gaia. Is she in an end phase, A dying phase? Is she in an end phase, A dying phase? Perhaps another option is, Is she in a phase of transforming, Transmuting, Alchemizing, Evolving? If so, Can you sense what she is evolving into or towards? Allow your body to receive guidance or answers from the planet. And in the spirit of a full moon in Aries, What is your role in this moment of this journey with Gaia? How do you as the soul listening to this meditation, How do you navigate this journey? The soul listening to this meditation, How do you navigate in your humanness with what you are feeling or sensing through your feet from Gaia? A full moon offers us more illumination, A deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the whole. Aries is the sign of beginnings, Initiation, Action. Aries are born leaders. They begin cycles, Creations, Movements. Keep your awareness down at your feet and allow yourself to open up the potential for perhaps a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the whole. The current underneath this full moon that feels so significant to mention at this time is the journey that Pluto has been taking through Capricorn. Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008, Has been moving through that sign for 15 years and last year started dancing back and forth between Capricorn and Aquarius. Pluto is the sign of transformation, Death and rebirth, Cycles ending and beginning. And we are in the last four or five weeks of a cycle that we will not see again for 250 years. Of a cycle that we will not see again for 250 years. So allow your mind to hear that information, Bringing all of your awareness back down to your feet. What does that mean for you? Pluto is stationing direct and beginning to move forward in these last few weeks with Capricorn. It has been going backwards for months and now we are beginning this forward motion, Adding emphasis, Impact. What does it mean for you? And if you don't immediately see or hear the answers, Allow it to be an opening thread in your awareness, Where nuggets of information or next steps can begin to present themselves to you when you come out of meditation. Your waking life, Your everyday activities can weave in validation, Signs, Winks from the universe to say this is the thing, This is the path. In meditation, We align the energy and then we connect with the energy. In meditation, We align the energy and then we carry that energy into our waking life, Our fully conscious awareness in our day-to-day activities. There is a bridge between the two. And when we open our awareness and set the intention that we are looking for signs, Looking for signs, Signs show themselves to us. So today, Perhaps you open up more potential magic for yourself, Bringing our focus all the way down to our feet, Feeling our feet so intimately connected to our planet. Releasing any last toxicity that wants to move out from our body. And we straighten our back, Our spine. We open our shoulder blades, Which then allows our heart space to open a little bit wider. This time on our planet is never going to be repeated energetically, Astrologically, The way that it is right now. When we stand in our power, Our confidence, Our commitment to being here, To centering ourselves, To listening to our intuition, Always as our guide, Then we are a steadying force for ourselves and everyone around us. When the world feels turbulent, Chaotic, Busy, And the world feels empty, There are so many things to focus our attention on. Sometimes the most powerful choice we can make is to plant our feet firmly on the floor, Stand up, Straighten our spines, Open our shoulder blades, Open our heart, Take a big breath. Find our center and then reassess what is happening around us for ourselves and for everyone in our communities. So in meditation here, We practice. We come back to center. We remember our commitment to ourselves and to our planet. We steady ourselves. And then when we know that it's time for action, And then when we know that it's time for action, Our steps are confident, Guided, Strong, Clear. One last exhale out. Feel me and all of those who meditate with us standing side by side. We are not doing this alone. There is an ever-expanding community of meditators who choose to pause and do this exact work again and again and again. And this is how we change life on our planet. This is the beautiful gift a full moon in Aries can remind us. We have the power to create our own reality by changing the energy inside of ourselves. And there are so many of us doing it all together. So plant your feet firmly. Smile. Know that you are not alone. And when you feel ready, Go ahead and open your eyes. Allow yourself to take in the details of the space around you and to harmonize what you see, What you hear, What is physical 3D reality around you with all that you see inside of yourself. As you feel your feet on the planet, Know that the energy, The conversation that you have with Gaia is just as real as the trees, The wind, The sky, The air that you see physically outside. Both are true. And your ability to discern and trust your intuition in both energy fields is such a gift. Let us go forth. I send you so much love at this full moon in Aries.
