Look at one spot straight ahead and take a deep breath into your body,
Releasing it with a sigh.
Now,
Think of something that made you feel warm and appreciative during the day.
It may be as simple as looking at the sun,
Appreciating its color or warmth,
And finish this mental statement today I am grateful for.
And while making that statement,
Slowly close your beautiful eyes.
Continue breathing slowly and naturally.
With your eyes closed,
Think of something else that made you smile today.
It can be as simple as noticing the tree leaves or branches moving in the wind,
And finish this mental statement today I am grateful for.
Reflect on this gratitude.
Feel it deeply.
Go inwards and allow for it to sink in.
Visualize it as a soft,
White cloud,
Deeply permeating you and your energy field.
Allow for this feeling to melt and integrate within you.
Bring your attention to your breath and think of one more event from today that brings deep appreciation into your heart.
It may be as simple as a smile given.

As you state this gratitude,
Feel a deep warming sensation covering your body,
As if it's a warm blanket covering you,
Deeply saturating,
