Welcome.
Begin seated,
Laying down,
Finding a comfortable position for you.
Begin noticing your breath,
Taking inventory of your body,
Noticing any areas where you may be tense,
Holding on to anything excess,
Worry,
Noticing where your mind is at,
Where your body is at,
Just creating an awareness of how you are in this moment,
Coming into a place of complete acceptance of how you are now.
See if you can increase your breath as you breathe in through your nose,
Expanding your belly,
Drawing in fresh,
Crisp,
Oxygenated air.
And as you breathe out through your mouth,
Allow any excess energy,
Stagnant energy,
Anything you're ready to release to just flow out through your breath,
Holding on to nothing,
Just in a complete state of acceptance of how you are right now.
Allow all the tension to be rinsed out of your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your lower back,
Your hips,
Sinking deeper and deeper into a more relaxed state of being,
Allowing your breath to be natural,
Rhythmic,
At your own pace,
Letting go of control.
Feel that deep sense of relaxation,
Noticing tingling,
Waves of energy shifting and moving,
With every breath sinking deeper and deeper into that peaceful state of being.
Allow this peacefulness to flow over your whole body,
Your mental body,
Your spiritual body,
Your physical body,
And your energetic body.
Allow your mind to be free of thoughts.
Allow your body to be free of discomfort.
Allowing yourself to sink into this moment,
Finding peace,
Drawing in gratitude for what is,
Gratitude for the experiences that you've had,
Gratitude for experiences that you will have.
Imagine above you a golden ball,
Beautiful,
Bright,
Yellow,
Golden sun.
Allow the warmth and the serenity of this light to flow through your entire body,
Creating a radiance within you and around you.
Feel the soft,
Subtle energy shifts as you continue to sink into a deeper,
More relaxed state of being.
Allow your complete surrender to move your body into a state of nothingness,
Your mind into a state of nothingness,
Just presence.
Feel yourself becoming one,
Mind,
Body,
And spirit all aligning together.
And as this golden light moves through your entire body,
Revitalizing every cell,
Every muscle,
Every organ,
Transmuting out any cells that are no longer serving you,
Old thought patterns,
Behaviors,
Programmed or learned,
Creating space for your mind,
Body to be updated.
Resetting into this present moment.
Imagine your legs as if they're roots,
Your feet sinking deep down into the center of the earth,
Connecting deeply with that energy,
As far down as you can go.
Imagining your feet like roots just growing deeper and deeper down into the center of the earth,
Connecting you,
Grounding you,
Centering you.
Knowing that this earth energy is available for you.
Drawing up that earth energy into your body,
Bringing it all the way up,
Allowing that earth energy to move through you.
Once again,
Revitalizing every cell,
Every organ,
Every muscle,
All the tissues within your human body.
Updating,
Invigorating,
Revitalizing your entire body.
Clearing the energy around your body using both the earth energy and that golden sun,
That divine flow of light.
Imagine that energy being swooshed around your entire body,
Clearing any energy that may have stuck with you,
Attached to you that isn't yours,
Or maybe energy that you brought into your energy field that you're ready to let go of.
Just allow the universe to absorb it,
Recycle it into something more positive.
Then notice the difference in your body at this moment versus when you first began this meditation.
Can you sense a deeper feeling of relaxation and knowingness that you are unconditionally loved and supported?
Feel that sense of peace and calmness radiating around you.
Imagine yourself glowing like a beautiful,
Bright globe,
Bright white,
Soft yellow.
Feel that radiance emanating all around you.
Perhaps you notice your body feeling weightless,
Light as though you're floating on a cloud,
Free of all worries,
All earthly constraints.
Notice the peace that you've created within you and around you.
Feel it.
Know it.
Be in it.
Know that you can create this sense of relaxation at any time by simply becoming more aware of your breath,
Your body.
Throughout the day,
Just unclench,
Relax your shoulders,
Feel your feet connecting with the earth,
Re-centering,
Re-grounding.
Allow this deep sense of peacefulness to flow through you at all times.
And although this peacefulness fills outside of your body,
Know that you are still deeply connected into the earth,
And centered.
So your physical body,
That vessel that carries you through this human form,
Is engaged with the spiritual body,
Together working in harmony in your highest good and the greatest good of all humanity.
So you may also bring joy and contentment to those around you,
Giving others permission to dive deeper within themselves,
Connecting and knowing who they are,
Free of all judgments.
And as you acknowledge this peacefulness that you've created,
Imagine yourself grabbing a piece of it and pulling it deep,
Deep,
Deeply into your heart space.
As if you're giving yourself an energetic hug,
Filling yourself up with all the love in the world that can fill your entire body,
Your auric fields,
All of you,
All around you.
Allow that love to radiate.
And as you take a piece of this love,
Begin to come back into your body,
Feeling deeply loved,
Unconditionally supported,
And a knowingness that you are always divinely guided,
Trusting your intuition,
Appreciating the synchronicities and the magic of life that you're creating,
By becoming more and more aware of where you're at energetically and spiritually.
Taking a moment to notice your body,
Drawing in that love and radiance into any areas where there's stagnant energy or tightness,
Being as specific and focused as possible.
Allowing yourself to stay in this state for as long as you desire,
Till you feel full,
Peaceful,
Content.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Fluttering your eyes.
You may begin to come back into your human form,
Reality,
Bringing this deep sense of peace and awareness to all those that you encounter throughout the rest of your day.
