Take a breath in through your nose and slowly send it out your mouth.
Let your jaw loosen,
Unclench your teeth,
And soften your eyes.
Now breathe in again,
But a bit slower this time.
Imagine your inhale making more space inside of your chest.
Your exhale gently clears that space.
Now bring your attention to one single point in your body,
Maybe your hands,
Your heart,
Or maybe even just your breath.
Let that point become your anchor,
Something steady to hold on to.
Now I want you to name these quietly in your mind.
One thing that you can feel.
One thing that you can hear.
And one thing that you can see.
Let it pull you back into the present moment,
Away from the storm that's in your head.
Take another slow breath in.
Imagine it sweeping through you like a warm light,
Gathering the panic,
The tight thoughts,
And even the what-ifs,
And carrying them all out on your exhale.
I want you to gently remind yourself,
This moment is manageable,
My breath is steady,
And I can take this one step at a time.
Now take on one final inhale,
Full and steady,
And exhale with a soft,
Grounding sigh.
Feel the weight of your body and the support beneath you,
The safety of right now in this moment.
You're coming back to yourself,
You're okay,
And you're steady.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation.
This moment is always here when you need it.
