This mirror shows you who you are inside.
Not just how you look,
But your heart,

I love that I'm always learning.

Let's think about your body.
No matter what it looks like,
It's helped you do amazing things.
Like grow,
Rest,
Laugh,
And even hug others.
Now,
Repeat to yourself,
I love what my body can do.
Now,
I want you to think about something people don't always see.
Like maybe it's how strong your heart is.
Maybe it's the way you keep going even when you're having a hard day.
Maybe it's that quiet bravery inside you.
Now,
I want you to say to yourself,
I love that I'm strong on the inside and the outside.
Remember,
You don't always have to be perfect.
Nobody's perfect,
Not even grown-ups.
But there are so many reasons to love being you.

Take a deep breath in,
And breathe out with a soft smile on your face.
