After experiencing the effects of Long Covid and ME/CFS, Coco began a personal journey of healing from a dysregulated nervous system. This path inspired her to share practices that support the body’s innate capacity to regulate, rest, and renew. Through Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation practices, she guides others to slow down, reconnect with their inner stillness, and cultivate a sense of calm resilience. Coco’s teaching is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that rest is not a luxury — it is a form of remembering who we truly are.
