And today I am committed to my role.
So mindfully just noticing right this is what it's like to have a body moving towards a goal.
This is what it's like to have a soul and a spirit that's committed towards my schedule,
Towards my responsibilities,
Towards what I bring to the world.
I don't know how it's gonna go right but all I can do right now is just prepare the best that I can for me.
So notice that as you move through your space that I am taking my vitamins to nourish and nurture this strong body because I am a value.
Notice as I move towards my things and my belongings because I am committed in wanting to be prepared.
Going through our mental checklist of what would help me to feel at my best so that I can bring my best.
Maybe it is slowing down.
Maybe it is referring to the checklist in our minds.
Maybe it's thinking about what would be nice for later.
But just take a moment again to acknowledge that this is me getting ready as I commit to something that is important to me and that in the grand scheme of things this is what it looks like if there were a cameraman just filming a day in the life of this person.
This is me in my flow as I prepare.
This is me on my journey into the day.
These are the ways that I decorate myself so that I feel at my best.
So that I can fall in line moving towards something that I am committed to.
Feeling proud as I put my outfit on or my badge.
Knowing that these are my tools.
These are all the things that I need to perform my role that I bring to society.
Again this mindful paying attention without judgment of all the things that I do.
All the people that have helped me to get here in creating these vitamins.
In making these pens.
In purchasing this bag that was weaved.
Thank you for supporting me on my path towards this role that I play.
And as we kind of start to pivot into our last messages of care.
Think to yourself what would unconditional love say to me today as I'm getting ready to leave the house?
Something that speaks to you from the heart or from your spirit maybe a little extra oomph or spark that brings you a pep in your step.
Just like how it might have been when you were getting ready for school as a little one.
Or maybe the voice of an elder that would call you by a sweet name.
A neighbor,
A teacher,
Whoever it might have been.
Excited for you.
Cheering you on as you were sent on your way towards continuing to learn and grow.
So taking a moment to hear that sweet name that maybe you were called as a little one.
Maybe just a smile,
A statement through their voice coming to you as you channel unconditional love.
Sending you on your way.
Have a wonderful day.
