Notice the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen with each inhalation and exhalation.

If thoughts arise,
Simply observe them without getting caught up in their stories.
Imagine these thoughts as passing clouds in the sky and let them drift away,

Now bring your attention to the sensation in your body.
Scan your body from head to toe,

Simply be present with the sounds,
Allowing them to merge with the sounds around you.
Allow them to be part of the background of your awareness.
As you rest in this state of observing,
Notice the spaciousness and stillness within you.
This is the essence of your being,
The internal presence that exists beyond thoughts and emotions.
Feel the aliveness that arises from simply being here and now.
