In this meditation, you are invited to return to the most natural state of your being: love. Not emotional love, not personal love — but the limitless love that flows from the One awareness you truly are. As you settle into stillness, the mind softens, the body opens, and the heart begins to glow again. This is not something you create. It is something you remember — because this love has always been here, waiting beneath all tension, all fear, all resistance.

Transcript

Welcome.

Sit down and take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position in which you can deeply relax.

Relax,

Settle down,

And take a deep and slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And exhale completely,

Relaxing your body.

Another breath in through your nose,

And at the end hold it,

And relax.

Let all of the air flow out of your body,

And just allow for your breath to flow in and to flow out naturally.

Slowly,

With every exhale,

Allow yourself to relax a little bit more.

Now,

Place all of your attention on your heart.

Breathe into your heart,

Don't allow your attention to wander off,

Stay here in your heart,

Awakening your heart with your attention,

And feel your chest softening and your heart opening.

And allow for the love to flow through your system,

The unconditional love of your heart.

Allow yourself to feel it.

Allow it to calm you,

To heal you,

And to quiet the mind even more.

If it helps,

You can imagine this love as a green light beaming from the heart,

Filling up your whole body.

Green light infused with love.

Everything it touches instantly calms down,

Instantly relaxes.

Allow it to reach your mind,

So that the mind can settle down and just rest in the moment,

With no thoughts being projected into the future or into the past.

Just be,

Here,

Now,

In love,

Without trying to do anything,

Just rest in love.

Whenever a thought comes up,

Just leave it be,

Don't follow it,

Don't grasp it,

Just let it do what it wants to do.

You are untouched,

You are free,

As you rest in love,

Don't try to change anything,

Don't try anything.

Feel yourself becoming more and more empty of thoughts,

And becoming more and more just a loving presence,

Here,

Now,

Loving awareness.
