The unconditional love of your heart.

To heal you,
And to quiet the mind even more.

Everything it touches instantly calms down,

Without trying to do anything,

Whenever a thought comes up,
Just leave it be,
Don't follow it,
Don't grasp it,
Just let it do what it wants to do.
