You might also notice your hair and skin looking brighter.

Plus,

This is the prime time if you're trying to get pregnant.

If this is you,

Paying attention to this phase is essential to take full advantage.

This cycle phase is often called ovulation,

When your body prepares to release an egg for potential fertilization.
