This is a 5-minute guided meditation practice on inner stillness. Begin this practice shortly after awakening. Tune into your breath and your body. Reflect on all that is working for you, giving you the ability to have this time to yourself, to have this day in your life. As you feel more relaxed in your body, you feel more aligned with the present moment. Tune into a sense of stillness within you. Become aware of all the good feelings you’re feeling.
