The guided portion is approximately 25 minutes, followed by 2.5 hours of soft, soothing sleep music to support you as you continue resting through the night. Designed to regulate the nervous system and quiet mental activity, this session guides you into the liminal space between waking and sleeping - the fertile ground where deep restoration unfolds effortlessly. Through breath awareness, body sensing, and subtle guidance, you are invited to soften layer by layer. Begin at bedtime or anytime you desire profound rest. Once the guided meditation completes, the extended music allows your body and mind to remain undisturbed as you drift into peaceful sleep.
