Greetings everyone and welcome.

Welcome to this guided meditation inspired by the Avaberry sacred site in the United Kingdom,

An area associated with the heart chakra energy and ley lines of the earth.

Many say it is a vortex to higher dimensional energies as a mystical gateway.

I'm Asa Deighi.

My name is Manu Welch.

Our intention of this activation is to allow you to connect with the Avaberry energies directly,

Activating your heart and guiding you to a higher dimensional divine realm for inspiration and deep soulful connection.

That connection in this sacred site that some call Avalon.

Others may have other names for it.

Whatever the name is you're going to experience in this practice.

The energies are divinely magical,

Inspired.

So if you're not already,

I invite you to get into a comfortable position,

Opening up to the energies of this practice.

We're about to commence calling all parts of you back to you now and you can use these affirmations as commands or you can literally adopt the words that I say.

Either way,

I invite you to call all parts of yourself back to yourself now as you continue to center,

Continue to open more and more to the present,

More and more to the here and now,

As we continue to arrive,

As we continue to really embody our presence,

Savoring our minds,

Whether we have a busy mind,

Whatever the thoughts in our mindscape,

Opening up,

Centering and arriving more and more,

Allowing our minds to settle as we do that feeling more and more into the heart.

Maybe it's full of emotions from the day or prior to this practice filled with excitement,

Whatever the feelings,

Opening,

Centering and arriving more and more in our hearts,

Feeling our bodies,

Feeling the fullness of our bodies as we open our bodies,

As we center them,

As we arrive more and more,

Feeling your energy field around you.

If I say or we do something in this practice and you don't necessarily feel it,

Continue to do your best,

Following along with the guidance of my voice and Manja's voice as you continue to open,

Center and arrive in the here and now.

I invite you now visualize yourself in a circle of light,

Visualizing yourself protected as we call in the elements around us,

The energies of this plane,

The north,

The south,

The east and the west,

Feeling more and more of the energies of this sacred circle as we continue to feel into and consciously and intentionally invoke sacred space,

Feeling the energies below us and the divine energies above us,

Almost as if we're encapsulated,

We're wrapped and cocooned in this circle of light,

Safe and protected as we call upon our guides and our higher selves to continue as they always do guide us,

Protect us and walk with us.

As we commence this journey,

Feeling yourself more and more in the center of the sacred circle of light,

Want you to draw all of your attention,

All of your awareness.

Now the top of your head,

Feeling your energy,

Your presence,

All of your attention and focus,

Drawing it now to the top of your head,

Feeling into the top of your head more and more.

And as we breathe,

I want you to feel and focus and intend as if we're breathing from the top of our head at this center at the top of our crown with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling the top of our head,

The crown center.

And as we exhale,

I want you to drop down as if you're melting down into the center of your brow,

Taking your attention down elevator down the center of your being from the crown down to the center of your brow,

Inhale and exhale and really feel your presence melting more and more as you breathe in and out of the center of your brow on the next inhale and exhale,

Drop down,

Melt down further to the center of your throat,

Feeling all of your awareness,

Your attention and presence draining down the central column,

The crown down to the third eye or the center of your head.

Now down to the center of your throat as we arrive and breathe into this center,

Inhaling and exhaling here,

Feeling more and more of a deepening of your presence,

Deepening of your embodiment,

Every inhale and exhale more and more of you arriving deeper into your body.

Now the next inhale and exhale,

Drop down further,

Melting into your torso arriving down the central column into your heart center,

Feeling the fullness of your heart,

Breathing in and out to this center,

Feeling its richness,

The beating of your physical heart,

Feeling the center of your torso as you breathe and arrive more and more,

Letting your mind melt into your heart,

Awareness deepening,

Your presence deepening,

Presence deepening,

Inhaling and exhaling at this center of your heart.

On the next exhale,

Melting down further,

Feeling your awareness,

Attention and focus going further down the central column into the middle of your torso,

To your solar plexus below your heart,

Feeling more and more of your energy,

More and more of your awareness,

More and more of your presence arriving in the solar plexus region.

As we inhale and exhale here,

Feeling your energy melting,

Your presence deepening,

Your body relaxing,

Your mind and heart in sync,

Breathing in and out at the solar plexus center.

And on the next exhale,

Dropping down even deeper into your torso,

Deeper into the sacral region,

Near your pubic region,

Lower parts of your back,

Feeling yourself melting down the central column,

Arriving in the sacral region,

Breathing in and out here,

Feeling the fullness of your body as you've activated even more of your presence and embodied awareness.

Inhale and exhale in your sacral region.

And on the final exhale,

Drop down this elevator shaft arriving at the root under your seat,

Near your buttocks,

The root,

Near your perineum,

Feeling all of your awareness arriving at this center,

Feeling this journey you've taken down your central column from the crown down center of your brow to the throat,

The heart down to the solar plexus,

Even deeper to the sacral.

Now arriving even more at the root bottom of your spinal column,

Feeling your breath,

Inhale and exhale here,

Arriving more and more.

And as you exhale,

Drop your awareness down your feet,

Down your feet going deep down your legs and arriving at the bottom of your feet,

Feeling each of your feet opening each of your feet opening and feeling yourself as if you were a tree rooting,

Feeling yourself expanding these roots out the center of your feet out of this opening down deep into the earth,

Feeling yourself connecting to the earth,

To the terrestrial grids,

Feeling the pulse of the earth below your feet with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling the earth energies connecting with you more and more feeling the energies of the earth as a silver light energy,

Visualizing the silver light energy.

And with your inhale,

Drawing it up as if you're drinking it up from the deep realm of the earth's core,

Breathing and inhaling the silver light energy up into your body through your feet,

See yourself receiving this luminous silver energy from the heart of the earth,

Drawing it up into the roots,

Drawing it up into your feet,

Drawing it up into the body,

Seeing yourself drawing and literally drinking this liquid energy,

Drawing it up from the earth that is nurturing you now that is anchoring you more and more grounding us for this practice,

Knowing you are safe as you bring up these energies.

The earth is holding you and its embrace,

Feeling these energies rising up now through your feet,

Traveling up your legs,

Up deeper into your thighs and hips and pelvis,

Circulating them into your torso and chest,

Solar plexus and heart and throat,

Feeling them going down your arms up into your neck,

Filling your throat and your head center all the way up to the crown,

Filling yourself.

And as you do,

You may notice subtle shifts,

Tingling sensations,

Whatever is happening,

Allow knowing you're safe,

You're protected,

You're held for the sacred practice.

I invite you now to see yourself standing with your legs shoulder width apart in the center of the sacred site of Ava Berry.

This sacred site has many stones propped up in a sacred arrangement.

See yourself as you're connecting to these energies walking around taking in these energies of the sacred site more and more before you find a stone in particular that draws your attention.

See and feel yourself walking closer to the stone,

Feel its beam of energy,

See yourself standing in front of its majesty and reach out your hands in your mind's eye and feel and sense yourself placing your hands on the smooth solid stone feeling the texture.

It's smooth.

What is the temperature?

Is it feeling the energy and the subtle awareness of the sacred site in this majestic stone?

Feel its vibration,

Feel its pulse,

Allowing your energies to merge together with this stone,

Feeling the presence of the earth energies that you're drawing up,

Feeling the energies of this sacred site,

Feeling yourself connecting more and more through the palms and through your fingers,

Drawing your energies,

Drawing these sacred energies into your body through your hands,

Sense and feel the energies of the stone entering you.

Now feel this liquid energy merging with your beingness,

Filling your mind,

Your heart,

Your cells and your energy field as you merge more and more and more with the stones vibration,

More and more melting into the energy of this sacred site.

And as you do this,

I want you to see almost as if a doorway is opening up above you,

Feeling and sensing a portal of light coming out of this stone,

Out of this sacred circle,

Out of this site of Ava,

Barry,

Sense and feel this portal of light as it travels so far up in the sky above you,

Not even being able to tell where it ends as you're connecting with the earth and the stone in all of this portal of light that is traveling up to the sky above you as you inhale,

Feel yourself inhaling the beam of light,

Feel yourself melting and merging with this beam of light streaming into this portal.

If you wish,

You can literally see and witness yourself walking into the portal and stream of light as you inhale and exhale,

Feel yourself becoming one with this beam.

As you exhale,

Allow yourself to be carried up into the sky.

We begin to travel to these higher realms from the site of Ava,

Barry,

Feeling the energy of this white beam,

This portal of divine energy that's beginning to carry us up higher and higher every inhale and exhale,

Feeling the energy carrying you up like a divine escalator.

Ease fully.

All you have to do is inhale and exhale,

Feeling with every exhale and inhale yourself getting higher,

Floating higher,

Feeling your mind and your heart energy body at the stream as you float higher and higher with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling lighter,

Lighter,

Floating upwards more and more,

Exhaling and inhaling,

Ease fully more and more,

Allowing yourself to be carried up,

Ascending through this beam higher and higher,

Becoming this conscious energy and merging your body,

Your light body,

Your mind,

Heart,

And cells.

As we travel up past the moon,

Past the stars,

Traveling above the skyline now and entering this celestial place where the sky and stars meet,

This divine white beam is a portal to a higher dimension where you will be guided through a beautiful doorway to a majestic and mystical realm.

As you walk through this doorway,

You see a white crystal glowing temple.

This temple is shimmering and iridescent.

You can see flickers of multiple colors and hues dancing,

Weaving,

And merging together.

A rainbow kaleidoscope.

As you walk through this temple,

You can feel its energy washing over you,

Cleansing you.

You feel its vibration,

Its pulse.

This beautiful crystal temple is a living consciousness.

It's welcoming you back.

It's been a while.

You can feel its loving embrace.

As you walk and look around this magnificent crystal temple,

You see carved forms in the crystals that is emanating and emitting an auric glow.

Its beauty takes your breath away.

It feels blissful,

Peaceful,

Loving,

And familiar to you.

Greeting you are three large,

Benevolent beings of divine light,

Guardians of this mystical realm.

Sense and feel them transmitting to you messages of blessings,

Inspiration,

And insight.

In front of you,

There is a bridge over a large pool of water that takes you to a celestial white tree rising high above you.

Its branches expand and reach outwards,

Creating a canopy over this protected pool of water around you.

This is the most beautiful white tree you have ever seen.

It's majestic,

Strong,

Alive,

Loving,

Sacred,

Alive,

Loving,

Sacred,

And it is connected to you,

To this tree,

The heart of the sacred stone back in Avery.

Its wisdom is stored in every branch,

In every leaf.

This sacred tree is lit up and glows with a beautiful white aura.

As you walk onto this bridge,

You notice the water rippling and moving.

Peering down,

You see magical creatures swimming in the water of various sizes and colors.

These divine creatures are the guardians of this tree.

They tend to its needs and protect the wisdom that is stored in the water and energetic memory,

Which flows up into and provides life for this sacred tree.

Walking across the bridge and standing in front of this tree,

You find a soft place to sit,

A place that is nestled between the roots of the tree and cushioned with grassy moss that is green and blue in color.

It feels warm to the touch and the warmth travels and fills every part of you,

Feeling like a warm embrace.

The energy is loving and comforting,

Feeling the energy of this tree through its trunk and feeling the energy pulsing through you.

Allow the connection,

Merge,

Become one with this sacred tree.

Allow yourself to see,

Feel and hear its guidance and wisdom.

You may experience this as a vision,

As a sensation,

As thoughts,

Words,

Phrases,

Colors.

Allow and receive.

This is now the time where you can connect and ask for guidance or ask for support to unlock your own inner wisdom or plant the seeds of a future you want to experience.

Allow and receive.

Take this space and opportunity.

Allow and receive this sacred magical transmission and activation.

Feel yourself integrating the energies of this transmission and activation with every inhale,

Exhale,

Feeling the new energies,

Releasing all energies,

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Integrating with every inhale,

Every exhale,

Integrating more and more,

Inhaling the divine energies of this transmission,

This sacred space and exhaling,

Releasing all old energy,

Feeling the pulse of this tree connecting through that beam of light to that stone at Avaberry.

And as you continue to soak up and integrate into your mind,

Cells and into your energy system,

Start to give thanks to this beautiful and sacred tree,

To this majestic divine land and place we're in.

Thank it for its support,

Its wisdom,

For the strength,

For the loving.

For it is time to journey back,

Walking back over this bridge,

Over the water with the beautiful water guardians of this sacred tree.

We make our way back through and to the temple doorway.

At this doorway,

You again see these three divine beings greeting you.

Take a moment for they will attune and support you in integrating and grounding,

Supporting your intention to retain the wisdom and guidance received,

Allowing them to attune and ground you to further support and bolster your intention to retain the wisdom and guidance received.

And for these energies to continue to fully integrate,

Standing before these divine beings,

Feeling your mind absorbing and integrating fully and easefully,

Your heart absorbing and integrating easefully,

Feeling your cells absorbing and drinking in these energies,

Filling your bio field and your energy field,

Integrating,

Feeling and sensing all parts of you,

Integrating more and more.

When you feel complete,

Give thanks one more time to the sacred space and to these divine three guardians and step through the doorway.

Now back out of the temple into the beam of light,

Looking down,

Vaguely seeing the earthly planes down at the bottom of this beam,

Feeling yourself being gently guided as you step into it.

Every inhale and exhale,

Traveling and descending back down past the stars and the celestial skies,

Seeing the many rays and shimmering dimensions of these celestial planes.

As you continue to descend and exhale,

Descending back down past the star,

Past the sun,

Past the moon,

Traveling down closer into the skies of the earth,

Feeling yourself coming closer to the present.

As you become aware of your body down in Ava,

Barry,

Seeing the sacred site as you descend,

Feeling yourself coming back down at the bottom of this beam where your body is fully inhabiting,

You becoming aware of your body,

Feeling your palms on this stone and your feet on the ground at this sacred site of Ava,

Barry,

Taking a moment to really breathe in the energies,

The wisdom we've received,

The guidance and the divine magic.

Every inhale feeling the pulse of the earth,

The pulse of the stone,

The pulse and energies of this sacred site,

The sacred tree and temple above you,

The heart above,

The heart below the heart of the stone and the heart within you inhaling and exhaling and allowing yourself to harmonize to really ground and be more present,

More aware of your body in this present moment,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Take a moment now to give thanks to the actual sacred site of Ava,

Barry,

Coming back to the room and your physical location,

Coming back to your 3D body.

As you start to open your eyes,

Wiggling your fingers and toes more and more,

Saying out loud,

I ground in the here and now I ground in the here and now I am fully present.

I call all parts of me back to me here and now integrating,

Assimilating,

Giving thanks for the sacred activation,

For the guidance and support,

Allowing and carrying these energies forward with you throughout your day.

And so it is.

And so it was.

And so shall it always be.
