Let the relaxation settle in quietly.

Another deep breath while focusing on your belly and chest.

Let the air gently inflate this area.

On the exhale,

Feel all internal tensions vanish,

As if they were carried away by your breath.

Still on the inhalation,

Bring your attention to your shoulders and neck.

The air invades this area,

Revitalizing it.

And on the exhalation,

Release all the heaviness,

All the weight that you carry,

Allowing your shoulders to calm,

Your neck to soften,

And your chest to relax.

Now,

On the inhalation,

Focus on your arms and hands.

Fill them with renewed energy.

Observe the circulation of this energy.

And on the exhale,

Imagine this energy pushing out of you all tensions,

Leaving your arms and hands completely relaxed,

Free from all constraint.

Still on the inhalation,

Think of your face.

Fresh air enters and invigorates every part of your face.

And on the exhalation,

Feel your features relax,

Your forehead smooth,

Your eyes soften,

Your cheeks and jaw rest quietly.

Take one last deep breath,

Filling your entire being with a calm and peaceful energy.

Let this feeling of peace spread into every cell of your body.

On your exhalations,

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

With each breath,

Imagine that you are opening the doors of your unconscious a little more,

The island,

Slender coconut trees rise proudly towards the sky,

A small murmuring river promising fresh water.

Your daily routine is paced by collecting coconuts to satisfy your hunger and occasional fishing to vary your diet.

Each day is similar,

Marked by the repetition of the same solitary gestures.

This same heavy solitude.

The hope of rescue becomes increasingly tenuous.

You come to realize you are isolated from the rest of the world.

Night.

As the stars display their splendor in the night sky,

You feel a presence,

A kind of distant shadow,

A blurry silhouette standing out against the nocturnal landscape wrapped in an enigmatic mist.

You are filled with anxiety.

You have walked this island from end to end,

Convinced of your solitude.

Yet after a moment of observation,

Curiosity overpowers fear.

The silhouette,

Though mysterious,

Emanates a strange sense of security.

It radiates a surprising calm that seems to soothe the air all around you.

The silhouette approaches you and says in a voice that seems both distant and internal,

To your great astonishment,

A portal opens before you.

Through this portal,

You are immediately confronted with a vision mixing your past and present life.

The scenes unfolding before your eyes are those of moments when you felt restricted in the face of seemingly insurmountable obstacles,

Scenes where you are a prisoner of your existence,

Even a victim of circumstances.
