What I want you to do is just stand up.
If you're already standing,
That's great.
And just shake your body off.
Shake your shoulders,
Shake your arms,
Shake your hands,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Just shake it all off.
One final breath in.
This time we're going to change.
Inhale,
Hold it at the top.
Take one final gasp of air in and sigh it out.
And as you sigh it out,
Release all tension and relax your jaw.
So inhale,
Hold it at the top.
One last gasp in and an audible sigh.
Now drop your shoulders and clench your jaw.
Let your hands open.
And remember that you are not your reaction.
You are the person who just chose to pause right then.
That matters.
That is everything.
