You've left your body.
It happens.
Let's just accept that as fact.
Things happen.

And the stress or the anxiety pulls you entirely into your head.
And into overthink and into overwhelm.
And you feel disconnected.
Disassociated.
Or simply just not present.
Let's bring it back.
Let's start with the feet.
Really truly feel them.
The arch,
The toes,
The balls,
The heel.
Are they on the floor?
If they are pressed down on them.
Feel the resistance,
Feel the connection.
Not just to earth,
But to the rest of your body.
As your knees brace to feel and take the pressure,
Your thighs,
Your legs.
Even your lower back.
If it feels natural just simply Roll your neck.
And now I come to your legs.
Feel the way to them.
Heavy real here.
Present.
Now your hands.
Where are they right now?
Feel them.
If they're closed,
Open them.
If they're open,
Close them.
Just simply do that.
Or with your eyes open.
Or listening to my voice.
Notice the temperature of the air on your palms.
Move your fingers around.
And now just shake your arms.
Your hands.
Just reset.
Shake all the way into your shoulders.
If you're sitting,
Stand.
And just shake your body.
Allow yourself to just shake out what's been gripping you.
Now stop.
Clinics.
I bring your focus to your face.
Is your jaw clenched,
If so?
Let it go and loosen.
Part your lips slightly and allow your tongue to drop from the roof of your mouth.
And breathe.
Don't control it.
Just notice it.
Is it shallow?
Fast held.
Erratic.
Whatever it is.
Just plant the seed.
And say it to your mind.
Slow down.
Repeat that after me.
Slow down.
And as you do that.

Feel your belly relax.
You are in your body now.
You are connected to the ground.
You are in the now.
The present.
Nothing.
