My name is Mike with Taino Breathwork System based out of Orlando,
Florida.
Today's guided breathwork is based on the Sufi breathing technique which is used in many traditions to transform,
Heal,
And connect with the wisdom of the body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Breath work and breath holds can result in intense physical and emotional release.
Therefore,
It's not advised for people with a history of cardiovascular disease,
High blood pressure or recent physical injuries or surgeries.
As always,
Know your limits and slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your training If you are new to deep breath work,
It's highly recommended to start your first session in the presence of a skilled facilitator.
The technique we're going to use is based on two short dynamic mouth inhales followed by a sigh of relief mouth exhale.
We are mainly focused on the steady rhythm of the breathing rather than its depth,
Keeping the jaws and body relaxed.
We are breathing for 15 minutes continuously with breath holds in between.
And as always,
We are breathing with the rhythm of the music.
Let's get on the same vibrational frequency and begin mouth breathing in 5,

Focus on the rhythm and let the body move how it wants to move and let's go We are passing five minutes.
Let's go.
You might start to feel energy moving throughout your body,
Throughout your hands,
Belly,
And chest.
Also,
You might start to feel different feelings,
Emotions,
Sensations coming up.
Positive or negative,
It's all good.
Just let them unfold as they want and keep breathing.

Inhale deep.
And hold the breath for 30 seconds.
Exhaling in a sigh of relief in 3,

And right back into the breathing.
We are past 10 minutes.

Keep breathing.
Relax the body using each exhale to anchor your energy to the Earth,
Providing stability,
Protection,
And a sense of presence,
Visualizing a direct connection to the Earth's core,
Frequently called the umbilical cord or root to the Divine Mother.

And hold the breath for 30 seconds.
Releasing energy in this slow and deep vibrational exhale in 5,

Exhale.
Beautiful breath work.
You can start breathing gently through your nose.
Once again,
Take your time.
Let the emotions unfold.
We are widening down and calming our nervous system.
Feel your sensations,
Observe your emotions,
And let them unfold as they want without labeling them good or bad.
I call on the energies of Mother Earth.
I allow my energy to root down into her center.
My mind is at peace.
I am anchored in perfect presence.
I allow my chakras to align with the heartbeat of the earth,
