Feel the air move through you like a wave cleansing the shore.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

And exhale,

Letting go of tension,

Letting go of the thoughts that cling to you.

As your body relaxes,

Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath.

It does not ask for perfection.

It simply flows,
