Tahara is a learner and a seeker whose life path has led her to the realization that everything we want is already within us. Her core purpose in life is to remind people of this and this guides the work that she does. As a 200 hr RYT certified yoga instructor, she helps people connect to themselves and their innate knowledge through intentional movement & breath. As a 100 hr certified mindfulness and meditation guide, she aims to create safe spaces for people to train their minds in awareness. She hopes to inspire a sense of ease, connectedness, clarity, and peace. Tahara believes in purpose, living in alignment with purpose, and service above all else. She is perpetually learning and expanding so that she can better support and serve her community.
