Hi,

I'm Susie L.

F.

Schwartz at Unplugged Meditation,

And this is a meditation for your best year mindset.

Now,

I love doing this at the beginning of the year,

But it's actually incredible to do any time of the year.

We're going to go inside and explore all the different areas of our life that we would like to see flourish in this new year.

So let's take a moment,

Sit back,

Relax,

And when you're ready,

You can gently close your eyes.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose,

And an audible exhale out through the mouth,

Releasing and letting go,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the shoulder,

Relaxing your body.

And just do that a few times on your own.

The easiest way to make change happen is to actually see the change that you wish to be.

So I'm going to be asking you a few questions,

And just notice whatever pops up.

So,

In this new year,

How would you like to see your health and fitness evolve?

Would you like to see yourself stronger?

Would you like to see yourself more mobile,

Mentally fit?

Just take a moment and visualize your ideal health and fitness.

What would have to happen this year for you to achieve your ideal health and fitness?

And taking a moment to make a commitment to yourself,

Maybe take one tiny step towards your ideal health and fitness.

Now taking a moment to look at your own character,

Your own to-be list,

If you are going to pick a theme for this year to make it your best year yet,

How would you like to be?

Fully present,

Calm,

Energized,

This is your word of your year.

Now that you have your word,

Just take a moment to visualize,

Picture,

Or imagine yourself as your word this year.

And what tiny step could you take to be your word this year?

Next section is your love and relationships.

Taking a moment to maybe choose one person that you would like to be more loving towards or build a better relationship with.

What tiny action steps can you take this year to build a better relationship with that one person?

Next area to look at is your social life.

What would you like to see unfold in your social life this year?

Just take a moment to picture or imagine yourself living in your ideal social life.

What does that look like for you this year?

Just take a moment to picture yourself in your ideal social life,

Whatever that may look like.

And finally,

Taking a moment to place your hand on your heart and asking yourself this one question,

If I could give myself any gift,

What would that be this year?

Now dropping your hands,

We're just going to sit,

Letting it all go in this precious present moment,

Knowing that you took the time to create your best year yet.

Taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and an audible exhale out through the mouth,

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulder,

Relaxing your body.

And when you're ready,

You can begin to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes and gently open your eyes.
