Explore MeditationSukhvinder Singh (Chaitanya) is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher with more than 12 years of experience and over 20000 hours of teaching. He is an E RYT 500 and YACEP certified Yoga Alliance teacher and the founder of Yoga Chaitanya International Institute. Trained originally as an engineer, he left corporate life to explore the meeting point of science and inner awareness. His studies include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy in the Iyengar tradition, Ayurveda, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness. He is also certified in meditation from Osho International Pune and as a Laughter Yoga Teacher from Laughter Yoga International University. Over the years, he has led teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops in India, China, Taiwan, Lebanon, Russia, Thailand, and Bali. His work guides students from effort to ease, helping them cultivate clarity, breath awareness, and inner stillness. Sukhvinder teaches with a blend of structure, presence, alignment, and contemplative practice. His approach integrates therapeutic yoga, subtle body awareness, functional anatomy, and meditative inquiry. He also shares guided meditations and philosophy talks through his Yoga Chaitanya YouTube channels in English and Hindi. He leads the Yoga Chaitanya 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in Goa and Dharamshala, with yoga courses in Yoga Therapy, Yin and Meditation, and Ashtanga & Yin. His teachings form part of the Yoga Chaitanya 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India series.
