Welcome to the Light Body Healing.
This healing is for you mama when you need a really brief healing,
A moment in time that you can do quite easily around your children,
In the shower,
When you have a moment having a cup of tea outside.
This healing is for you to do in the everyday.
So I'm going to run you through it step by step.
So if you want to right now,
Finding a comfortable position to sit or lie down.
And closing down your eyes.
Taking a deep belly breath in.
We are anchoring into the space to bring healing to your light body.
To bring peace and balance in this moment that you can carry forward.
So taking another deep breath into the belly.
And out.
Allow your muscles to relax.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Take another deep breath in.
And out.
Allow your jaw to open as you sigh.
Relaxing.
Becoming aware of your feet.
Feeling the sensations of the bottom of your feet,
Whether they're touching the ground or the air is gently passing by.
Allow yourself to surrender into this moment enough that you can feel that subtle vibration in your feet.
And visualise them full of radiant light.
Glistening,
Shining,
Shimmering,
Pulsing.
This is your radiant light.
And this light brings you healing.
It brings you balance.
It brings you back to your core truth.
Connecting in with that light.
And begin to allow this light to spread through,
Up your legs,
Up your ankles,
Your calves,
Your shins.
And as it spreads through,
Allow the muscles to relax at the same time.
Seeing this radiant light coming up,
Travelling through,
Up your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings.
Allow it to wrap around your hips.
Getting deep into that hip bone.
Healing and balancing.
Allow it to swirl around your womb.
Filling you up.
And bring it up through your stomach,
The middle of your back.
Doing this with each breath.
Allow it to come up into your breasts.
Around between your shoulder blades.
Feel it right in there,
In those little nooks where we get tired and sore while we're carrying so much.
Allow it to wrap around your shoulders like a warm,
Nourishing hug.
Bringing it through your arms,
Through your fingers.
Allow it to come up your neck,
Around your throat,
Clearing all that has been unsaid.
Soothing the back of the neck.
And finally up through your face and your head.
Feeling and seeing if you can this radiant energy flowing through your whole body,
Pulsing.
Another beautiful breath in.
Allow yourself to bask in this subtle energy that flows through you all the time.
But with the busyness of motherhood and running businesses or working,
Studying,
Whatever we're doing we lose connection to this beautiful radiant light energy that flows through us.
We forget that it's there.
And like any relationship,
When we forget that it's there,
It starts to diminish.
It feels unloved,
Untouched,
Unseen,
Unheard.
So we're just taking a moment to do all of that for your beautiful soul,
Your beautiful body and your radiant light energy.
You can pause this here for as long as you need.
Stay in this energy.
Or you can go off and be with your babies.

I hear you.
I feel you.
