Take some time to pause and just breathe today.

Calm your parasympathetic nervous system with this easy guided breathwork meditation.

We will inhale for a count of 7 seconds and exhale for a count of 11 seconds.

This is the 7-11 breathing technique.

Let's begin.

So first we're going to get into a comfortable position sitting up with your feet grounded on the floor.

Now let's begin our inhales.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7.

Exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11.

Okay and now inhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 and exhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11.

Now just a couple more times.

Inhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 and exhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11.

Inhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.

Exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11.

And now inhale for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7.

Exhale 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11.
