Welcome,

Dear ones,

To this guided meditation intended to bring you directly into that central space of your heart,

Amplifying the energies of joy,

Harmony,

And love as you bask in this brilliant light of the heart.

If you haven't already,

Now is that perfect time to close your eyes and gently bring your awareness inside,

Beginning to connect in with your inner world,

To connect in with what you're experiencing at this time in your day.

Simply being present with the body,

Becoming more aware of what is in this moment.

As you're present within your body,

Gently begin deepening your breath.

And as this breath deepens,

Allow it to flow through the central space in your heart,

The energetic heart center that resides within the very center of your chest.

Breathing a little deeper and a little slower directly into the heart,

Connecting with the heart,

Feeling the precious beating of your heart.

With each breath into your heart,

Let the music guide you home.

Breathing slow,

Present with your heart,

Present with this natural space called home.

Feeling the gentle beating of your heart as the breath flows through your body.

Taking a moment to notice whatever other sensations are present in your body at this time.

Preparing the body for higher vibrations such as joy,

Love,

And harmony by simply being present with what's already there.

With each breath letting go a little more,

Dropping into the heart,

Letting the energy of the heart become all that remains in your awareness.

Letting this energy expand out and move through the body.

With the next breath,

Bringing the awareness back into that central space in your heart.

And for a moment,

Ask your heart,

Dear heart,

What does joy truly feel like to me?

Where in my life have I felt joy before?

And can I let myself feel this energy of joy now?

As you're present with the wisdom of your heart,

And with each continued breath,

Allow yourself to drop deeper into the energy and vibration of joy.

Present with your body.

Present with your heart.

Present with the energy and vibration of magnificent joy.

Maybe you can even feel a smile curl up at your lips as the energy of joy grows and amplifies within your body.

And with the next breath,

Allowing the energy of joy to move through the body as it may,

Returning the awareness to that central space deep within your heart.

And take a moment to ask your heart,

Dear heart,

What does love feel like to me?

Where in my life have I felt this love before?

And can I allow myself to feel this love now?

With each breath,

Breathing into this energy of love.

Breathing deeply and breathing slowly into this energy of love.

With each breath,

Letting this vibration of love amplify.

And feeling as it grows and moves throughout your entire body.

How much deeper can you allow yourself to go?

How much more can you drop into this love of your heart?

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Let this energy of love continue to move through your body as it may.

And for a moment,

Simply return to the heart in stillness.

Without the need to create anything or make anything different than it is right now.

Simply being present with the heart.

Present with whatever is there for you right now.

In stillness and grace.

Now,

Breathing back into that central space in your heart.

Take a moment to ask your heart,

Dear heart,

What does harmony feel like to me?

Where in my life have I felt harmony before?

Can I allow myself to feel this harmony now?

Breathing into the harmony of your heart.

With each breath,

Feeling as the energy of harmony grows and amplifies.

With your next breath into your heart,

Let this energy of harmony continue to flow as it may throughout the body.

And turn your focus of awareness back to that central space deep within the heart.

Recognizing how this space generates all these good feeling,

Positive emotions.

And witnessing how these emotions are alive within your body now.

And for the next few moments,

I invite you to just feel.

Feel your heart.

Feel the presence of joy.

Of love.

Of harmony.

Feel how the energy of your body becomes amplified as you attune to these emotions.

Allowing your body and heart to overflow with these positive vibrations.

As you breathe into these positive vibrations and feel them overflow from your heart.

If you feel called,

You may decide to begin rippling these vibrations out even further now.

Beginning to send these higher vibrational states of joy,

Love and harmony into the collective field that holds us all.

You may choose to keep these vibrations closer to your heart.

Helping to nourish your own vibrational space.

Or you may feel called to send them widely out through the entire earth and even universe.

Sharing these energies with all those hearts who need it now.

Still breathing deep.

Still present with these higher vibrations of your heart.

Feeling as they overflow from your heart space and ripple out as far as they're called to go.

Helping to uplift the vibration of all the particles this energy comes into contact with.

This energy knows where it needs to go.

Notice if you're trying to control this flow of energy.

And simply let that go.

Letting these vibrations move and flow where they're called.

Where they're intended to move.

Trust that they know where to go.

And with the next breath,

Gently let go of this intentional pulsing of energy into the field.

And let yourself drop back into that peaceful place of stillness.

Without needing to make anything happen.

Without needing to follow any more thoughts.

Dropping back into that still space in the heart that we call home.

And with the next breath,

Take a moment to reconnect with your breath.

To settle back into your body.

And take a moment to simply notice how you feel.

Witnessing any shifts or changes that have occurred in your mind,

Body,

And field.

Notice these vibrations and energies of joy,

Of love,

Of harmony.

And notice how they may be present within you now.

And with three more deep breaths,

Seal these energies within your heart,

Within your body,

Your personal field.

And then gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.

Allowing your body to move in whatever way it feels called to move.

And when you're ready,

Fluttering your eyes open,

Returning to this brand new moment in precious present time.
