Allow the body to expand with the breath.

Let everything go.

Feel into the body.
Notice where you're gripping and holding on to tension.
Holding on to old beliefs and vibrations.
Let it all go.
This is no longer yours to carry.
Lay it down at the altar of spirit.
Offer it up to the hands of the divine.
Breathe.
Feel your body expand with the breath.
Feel it move into all of those spaces that are still holding on.
Let go.
Surrender that which no longer serves you.
This is your moment,
Your time.
Allow yourself to let go of all that's ready to be let go.
Allow it to float away,
To be removed from the cells in your body.
Use this breath as a portal of release.
Staying connected with the breath.
Invite this breath to begin flowing through your sacred heart space in the center of your divine chest.
With every breath in,
Feel your heart expand.
On each breath out,
Allow your awareness to expand with it.
Beginning to move beyond the body,
Beyond form.
Entering into a space of dissolution,
Of true release.

Feel your heart expand.
Breathing out,
Allow your awareness to expand with the heart.
Feeling all parts of you,
All pieces of you,
Expand and connect.
And from this space,
Allowing anything else that's ready to go to be carried away by the divine.

Let the work be done for you by being here in this moment with your breath.
Where you're resisting your own release.

And let the power of the divine carry it away.
