
Peaceful Heart Guided Meditation
The session begins by guiding you to be present with your body, emotions, sensations, and areas of tension. These areas are softened by being an observer to them and then allowing the breath to flow through them. Then you are invited to connect with your beautiful heart, feeling the expansion of your heart with love, the softening and letting go of resistance, and the melting of your being into a space of peaceful love.
