Dear souls,
To this guided meditation.
To dissolve and surrender to the present moment.
If you haven't already,
Now is a wonderful time to just let your body become comfortable.
And with your eyes open or closed,
Just gently begin deepening your breath.
Letting your breath become just a little slower and softer than before.
Letting your full awareness linger within each breath.
Following the inhales into your body.
And witnessing the exhales flow out of your body.
With each deep breath,
Inviting the mind to slow down.
And the body to relax and melt into a space of comfort and ease.
Letting your full awareness linger into your breath.
And as you continue to breathe through your body.
Continue to breathe deeply and slowly.
Letting this breath find its way to the spaces in your body.
Maybe holding tension or resistance.
Simply letting this breath dissolve away this tension.
Inviting in a spaciousness.
Lightness.
Letting your feelings of ease and comfort.
Needing to label the space that's holding tension.
But just gently allowing this breath to flow.
Trusting that your breath knows what to do and how to help your body let go.
Letting this breath find its way to the spaces in your body.
And if you find that your mind is just a little bit too quiet.
Your mind is trying to distract you with thoughts of the past or future.
Just gently observe whatever's there.
Simply take a step back and be a witness to the thoughts floating through your mind.
And then gently call your awareness back to the flow of breath in your body.
Gently allow your awareness to shift back to the gentle inhales and exhales of breath in your body.
Letting this breath find its way to the spaces in your body.
With each deep breath.
Surrendering just a little more to the relaxation and release of tension in your body.
Letting all resistance dissolve.
And simply allowing yourself to be in this space of ease and comfort.
Letting this breath find its way to the spaces in your body.

As you continue to breathe deeply and softly.

I invite you to bring this breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.
This space in the body which is often called the seat of your soul.
Just gently allowing your awareness to shift into your heart.
With each deep inhale,
Feeling your heart expand.
Feeling your heart fill with the essence and energy of divine love.
And as you exhale out,
Feeling this love expand even more.
Dissolving all form.
Letting go of all perception and illusions of boundaries.
And simply melting into the cosmic consciousness of oneness.
Letting go of all perception and energy of boundaries.
Letting the whole of your awareness be present with the expansion of your heart.
With the expansion of this divine love.
Letting the whole of your being be present as all illusions of form dissolve and fade away.
Allowing you to experience the fullness of this moment right here,
Right now.

Maybe you notice thoughts lingering in the backdrop of your mind.
Or sounds in your external environment.
Just simply observe whatever's there.
It's the witness.
Gently call your awareness back to the expansion of your heart with each breath.
To the letting go,
Releasing,
And surrendering of all illusions and perceptions of form.
Letting the whole of you dissolve into the collective consciousness of oneness.
Letting the whole of your being dissolve into this present moment right here,
Right now.

Feeling the flow of love that emanates from deep within you.
Flowing through you,
Merging with this collective space of oneness.

Still allowing yourself to dissolve and let go.
How much more can you surrender and release?
How much more can you let go of any resistance to the expansion and realization of true inner peace?

Becoming aware of the physical surroundings around you.
Encouraging this expanded state with the presence of your spatial awareness.
The 3D world that exists around you.
Gently bringing physical movement to your fingers and toes.
Allowing this movement to be slow.
And fully letting yourself be present with the sensations of your body as you move.
Feeling the expansion of your spirit even within your physical form.
And knowing that all of this is simply an illusion to what exists just beyond the awareness of the mind.
And as you feel ready,
As you feel called.
Gently opening your eyes.
And taking a moment to simply observe your surroundings without labeling or telling a story.
Simply allowing yourself to be here now.
