If you haven't already,

Now is the perfect time to find that comfortable space and gently close down your eyes,

Inviting your awareness to softly drift inside and gently beginning to deepen your breath,

Inviting each breath to become a little softer and a little slower as your breath deepens,

Feel yourself begin settling in,

Settling in to your body,

Settling in to this moment,

Allowing yourself to be present,

To be here,

And taking a moment to feel whatever is alive within you now,

Whatever emotions or sensations you may be experiencing,

Deeply witnessing the thoughts you have been thinking,

Allowing yourself to be here,

With yourself,

Without judgment,

Without criticism,

Maybe even allowing yourself to feel compassion for where you are,

And as your breath deepens a little more,

Gently drift your awareness into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.

You can place one or both hands on top of your heart to create a physical connection between you and this space,

Or you can simply visualize the breath moving through the front and back of your heart space,

Feeling yourself to begin connecting with this precious place,

Dropping into the heart,

And with the awareness in the heart,

Allow your breath to slow a little more,

Feeling as your body relaxes with each breath and beat of your heart,

Beginning to attune to your heart,

Allowing yourself to feel the love that flows through this precious place,

Present with your breath,

Present with your heart,

Allowing yourself to feel the love that flows through you and to you now,

And as your body relaxes with the breath,

And you begin to attune to this love,

Notice if there are any areas in your body that are holding on to tension,

That are resisting your own love,

And as you witness these places,

Allow yourself to breathe deeply into the heart,

And then send the love of the heart into the spaces in your body that are still holding on,

And feel as the breath helps to relax you,

Feel as the love of your heart nourishes you,

Allowing each breath to empty out what's no longer serving your divine path,

Allowing the love of your heart to send away anything that is not guiding you in your life,

Releasing the past,

Releasing the future,

And letting go of any current life circumstance,

Allowing yourself to be here in the rawness and truth of who you are,

Breathing deep,

Breathing slow,

Feeling back into the heart,

And gently letting go,

Fully present,

Fully here,

With each breath inviting the fullness of who you are to more deeply attune to the heart,

To align with love,

And with each continued breath into your sacred heart,

Feel as the fullness of who you are comes into alignment with the wisdom of your precious heart,

Present in this moment,

Present with your heart,

Breathing deep,

Breathing slow,

Feel as the love of your heart grows stronger,

And ripples out into the field all around you,

Feeling the fullness of your being uplifted by your heart,

And feeling as this energy radiates out,

Fueling and nourishing the collective heart of love,

Witnessing as the world around you becomes brighter with this love,

And witnessing as this is a reflection of the world within you that is fully healed and fully whole from this love,

Fully present,

Fully here,

In the fullness of this experience,

And in the truth of who you are,

Aligned with the heart,

Aligned with love,

Witnessing the love and light that's all around you and emanates from within you,

And with the next breath in feel the beating of your precious heart,

And take a moment to thank this sacred space for the way it guides you on your path each day,

And for the ways it continuously brings you back to love,

Brings you back to your light,

And helps to remind you of who you truly are,

And now gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you,

Bringing with you the love of your heart and any wisdom you have gained,

Allowing the body to move in any way it feels called to move,

Integrating the energy of the heart,

Integrating the wisdom of the heart,

And when you find yourself ready,

And when you feel called,

Gently open your eyes,

Returning to this brand new,

Precious,

Present time.
