This is a sacral chakra meditation.
The chakra system can be viewed as our spiritual nervous system.
Just like we tune into the physical body for feedback,
We can tune into the chakra system for intuitive guidance and self-care.
The sacral chakra is located in the pelvic area,
The space between the hips.
It is the second chakra and it sits above the root chakra.
The sacral chakra represents pleasure,
Individuality,
Intimacy,
And sexual and emotional expression.
It is our creative flow.
It's the birthplace of our desires.
The sacral chakra is typically associated with the color orange or a shade of orange.
When out of balance,
We may feel unfulfilled or have some shame present.
We may feel blocked or disconnected and to overcompensate,
We may overindulge in one or more areas of our life.
When in balance,
We are in touch with our emotional center and creativity,
Which allows feelings of intimacy,
Desires,
And pleasure to flow freely without any shame or judgment.
We will now begin.
Find a comfortable position for your body.
This can be seated or lying down.
Begin to breathe.
Drop into the center of your chest.
As you breathe in,
Feel your chest and rib cage expand.
And as you breathe out,
Feel the chest and rib cage empty.
Feel your body breathe freely and meditate on the sound of your breath.
With your imagination and your intuitive senses,
Start to drop down into your sacral chakra,
Located in the space between your hips.
Allow yourself to connect.
Feel it.
Ask your sacral chakra to reveal anything that needs to be seen,
Heard,
Or acknowledged.
Without any judgment,
Be with any information that comes back to you.
You may experience colors,
Feelings,
Memories,
Images,
Words,
A person,
A place,
Or different sensations in the body.
For the next few minutes,
Allow yourself to receive any information that comes forward and keep breathing.

You You You You You Now ask your sacral chakra if there is anything needed from you today Sometimes it's just about acknowledgement and holding space Ask if anything is needed and see what comes back to you intuitively You You Take a breath in and breathe out Thank your sacral chakra for connection today and begin to imagine it filling up with a diamond shimmering light feel it Breathe in and Breathe out Now slowly begin to release your focus on the sacral chakra and come back to your entire body Notice your whole body Notice the temperature on your skin And you may start to bring in little movements starting with your fingertips and your toes You might allow your head to move a little from left to right right to left And when you are ready you can blink your eyes open to the room And when you are ready you can blink your eyes open to the room You Thank you for joining me in this sacral chakra meditation practice It might be nice to journal your experiences on paper to ground and reflect on throughout the rest of your day Namaste
