This is a cord cutting ceremony with shame. Shame is a sneaky pattern that keeps us unconsciously looping & swimming in unwanted self destructive beliefs & behavior patterns. Shame blocks out our authentic voice & clogs our flow. This work will bring you more awareness, choice & empowerment around reactive shame patterns that you didn’t know you had a choice in. This was incredible, thank you. I woke up with my entire body cringing with Shame and looping negative thoughts. I put 100% effort into this meditation and right before I “cut the cords” I experienced an unexpected physiological reaction (sorry to overshare but suddenly felt like I was going to be sick, and my body temperature quickly shot up). Soon after cutting the cords attached to my body (mine were like sliced white onions) my body temperature instantly dropped and the urge to be sick left me…incredible thank you for this. I suddenly feel lighter and the cringing sensation is gone for now
