This is a whole body light bath guided practice that supports one in connecting to their breath while moving through the whole physical body to support relaxation. It also supports connection and balancing within the chakra system. Allow it to support you in connecting to your breath, body, and mind.

This is a whole body light bath guided meditation.

Bring your body into a comfortable and grounded position.

This could be lying down or sitting up.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Fill up the chest,

And then open the mouth,

Exhale.

Two more breaths just like that.

Breathe in,

Fill all the way up,

And breathe out.

Allow yourself to empty.

Let the breath pull you into your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Keep your natural cycle of breath going just like this.

And with your awareness and your imagination,

Come to the crown of your head.

Otherwise the crown of your head,

Also known as your crown chakra.

Imagine that you open the crown of your head and out comes this bright light beaming forward.

Remember to allow that white light to move out more,

Getting brighter and bigger.

Use your imagination to send the white light up towards the sky.

Allow it to move beyond the clouds,

The sun,

All the way into the solar system,

Into the cosmic and galactic realms,

And all the way to infinite source connecting there.

Allow your imagination to help you.

Feel it and take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Hold this big,

Beautiful stream of white light right where it is and bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the crown of your head.

Allow it to move the white light down into the body.

See it and feel it filling up your skull,

Lighting up your third eye chakra that sits right between the eyebrows and the forehead.

Allow this white light to massage that area,

Allowing it to relax,

Moving down into the muscles in the face,

Moving the white light down through the base of the skull into your jaw.

Move the white light into your neck,

The front,

The back,

The sides,

Lighting up your throat chakra.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Imagine the white light moving onto your shoulders,

Into your chest,

Down the upper back,

Middle back and lower back.

Imagine the white light filling up your entire spine.

All 33 vertebrae are lit up with this white light.

Imagine the white light filling up your chest,

The front,

The back,

The sides of your rib cage,

Lighting up your heart chakra.

Feel up.

Feel the white light moving down your arms,

The upper,

The middle,

The lower part near your wrists,

Moving into the hands and every little finger all the way to the fingertips.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Keep filling up the body with this white light moving from the chest down into your abdomen area,

Your belly.

Fill up your solar plexus,

Light it up.

Moving on down into the pelvic area,

Light up your sacral chakra.

And moving down to the very base of the spine into your root chakra,

Light it up.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Keep feeling the white light move down your body into the upper part of your thighs,

Down around your knees,

Into the calves,

Around your ankles and into your feet.

Bend this light through every single toe.

See the whole body lit up with this beautiful bright white light of yours.

Take a deep breath in,

Feel it and breathe out.

With this light,

Start to imagine it coming out of the bottoms of your feet,

Forming like little roots coming out of your feet,

Roots made of light.

Imagine these roots going into the earth.

Allow your imagination to support you.

Allow this root system to connect to the earth.

Feel that support.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You may imagine this root system going all the way to the center of the earth where the earth's heart chakra lives.

Take a big breath in and breathe out.

Hold this image of your body connected to the earth below and the sky above,

Infinitely connected.

Hold this image,

Feel it and take a nice breath in and breathe out.

Two more breaths just like that.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Exhale.

One more,

Breathe in.

One more,

Breathe out.

You can lie here as long as you'd like,

Holding this image and breathing.

Otherwise,

Start to bring a little movement into your fingertips and your toes.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes to the room.

Thank you for offering this peaceful meditation. I found it intriguing to begin by sending out light from my crown chakra to the “source”. I appreciated feeling the energy circulating from the “source” to the earth. I found the teacher’s voice soothing. 💛
