You're a leader with a big vision and a lot to get done on this lifetime's mission and as I've come to learn there are some energetics involved in focus and manifesting our goals and having this focused intention is the key to being successful in actualizing our mission and our vision.

So this guided practice is gifted to you and designed to supercharge your focus in an intentional way so you are sustainable,

Heart-centered and soulfully aligned.

So not only do you get done what you need to get done and make your vision happen to be the change maker you came here to be,

So you do it in a way that's intentional and higher vibration.

So we're going to start today by considering a formula for the successful mindset or a divinely successful mindset and the four elements that I want you to consider are with a focused intention being the first,

Setting your sights high,

Expecting positive outcomes and then taking actionable steps or implementation such as doing this practice together to get you motivated and if you do that you'll be taking these steps towards supercharging your focus so this taking a moment now to actually set our intention for this practice what is it that you want to supercharge your focus for so take a moment to pause breathe in and out and set your intention from a heartfelt and soul aligned place and now we're going to take aim at fulfilling this intention with positive expectations and follow-through.

So let's get started shall we by beginning to turn inwards and dropping into a deeper state of embodied awareness so closing your eyes if you haven't already for this portion of the practice bringing your hands to your torso and chest so you can really open and center and arrive to your body and deeper awareness using your nostrils to breathe and your diaphragm to inhale and exhale letting out the first few exhales with an audible sigh allowing each breath to open you to whatever is arising your mind heart body and energy field with each breath centering and arriving more and more into the body more and more into the torso where your hands lie with every inhale and exhale more and more arriving here now if you have any additional anxiety or hesitation take a moment now to let it go even deeper with a few more audible exhales shaking it out if you need to with each breath deepening more and more into the here and now and as you breathe in and out allow yourself to breathe in these four statements with each breath in sequential order I know I know what I need to do to make my vision happen I know breathing in that knowing I can I'm capable I can make it happen breathing in that capability I will I will use my willpower to actualize this knowing and capacity taking the steps with this will I will and I am I am now in the process of actualizing my mission and vision by doing the supercharging practice I know I can I will I am breathing in and out more and more allowing yourself to feel the essence of these words allowing your deeper awareness to hone this motivation and focus now we're going to turn our focus to what usually sabotages or distracts our focus and most of this is usually lurking under the surface now that we're in a centered in a more deeply embodied state of awareness we're going to churn our intention and awareness deeper to process these blocks that usually will come up and they will usually interrupt our motivation and we'll do this to continue amplifying our focus and supercharging the momentum and what we have to turn our focus to now is these discomforts and fears that usually lurk beneath the surface as we're oftentimes really afraid of taking this action which usually is why we get distracted so take a moment as you're breathing to notice any discomforts any fears that may already be present around the tasks around your goals and vision ahead as we make space for them now to arise to the surface of your consciousness and begin to go deeper and call forth these resistance energies these discomforts and fears noticing how they're showing up in your body as we're drawing our awareness attention and focus to them sitting with an embodied breath allowing yourself with your breath to make more space and room for them to arise and come to you what fears do you have around your success around your goals and vision what discomforts do you have accepting them not trying to change or make them go away simply noticing how they're showing up for you each breath noticing is there a tightness in your body around these fears around these resistance energies maybe a constriction in your physical body a numbness where do you notice these sensations and where these fears and discomfort and resistance energies are breathing into it befriending and drawing closer and more into your awareness these fears and resistance energies making space for them how can you sit with more acceptance now with your breath creating more space for these energies it's okay it's okay to have fears it's okay to have doubts and hesitations and anxieties breathe and be with these energies knowing that these energies will dissipate and dissolve and clear these hidden resistances over time dissolve and alchemize the more we bring our awareness to them taking another moment now to be with this resistance allowing space for it knowing that it's okay and we can continue this momentum that we're building this focus that we're supercharging so now let's begin turning our focus intention and awareness to the actual tasks or project at hand we're going to do this by now shifting into dialing into and tuning into the future a future where you've already completed your mission and vision and you've already become successful and this is very real at a quantum level as time has been proven by science not to be linear so with your hands continuing to remain on your chest using your nostrils to breathe in and out allowing each breath to deepen you more and more knowing that you can and you are with every step more and more going deeper and deeper and with every breath you take see yourself beaming out of your chest beaming out of your chest and energy beam that extends out into the future like a laser beam coming out of your chest with every inhale and exhale beaming into this future timeline and stream of possibilities going further and further out into the future where your focus has achieved the results that you intend and here in this future beam of energy with every breath as you connect with your future self and this future timeline and these future stream of possibilities allow your future self to come forward into consciousness allow yourself to get glimpses of where this vision where your goals and vision are complete this future timeline down into the future as you begin to connect with this future self breathing allowing the energies and information of the future to beam into you through this beam out of your chest through this connection asking for guidance from this future self on achieving and taking the next steps towards manifesting the results that you achieve to seeing the fruits of your labor asking how does it feel showing yourself more and more through this future self and these future possibilities down this timeline how does it feel when you've completed all of this feeling sensing and seeing it all working out for you the success being achieved and embodied every breath in and out having your future self transmit to you and showing you the elements of this success what does done look like from this perspective what does it look like feel like and embody you've actually completed all the necessary steps and actions and implementation when you've taken your focus set your sights high expected the best and taken the steps one step at a time what does this done look like breathe in and out allow yourself to catch bigger and greater and clearer glimpses of this future completed state allowing your future self to transmit to you into your consciousness to your mind heart body and energy field receiving in the here and now through this beam of light what does this look like what does it feel like to be complete letting you know now what are the next steps and action items for yourself what are the next steps the next three steps i need to take now the choices i need to make the action items before me to take more steps in actualizing my goal see feel and sense yourself knowing what to do and your next steps to take these next three steps becoming clearer and clearer with every breath in and out seeing feeling and sensing yourself feeling capable enough to take these steps and implementing this knowing as action items seeing yourself feeling and sensing more and more you're self-willing and taking these action steps breathing in and out this completion this knowing this capacity this will fullness and this actuality of you taking these steps now more and more feeling what completion feels like and embodying that vibe more and more that frequency in your mind into your heart to the cells of your body and into your energy systems seeing yourself soaring towards your goals with a focus and a flow state more and more breathing in and out this knowing bringing forth into your focused awareness the next three action steps that you are going to take that are a priority for you that will take you closer and closer on this path of soaring towards your goals and actualizing your vision manifesting this more and more let's take a few deep gentle breaths together elongating the inhales longer inhales over the exhales integrating and breathing in your next steps and these future insights gained each breath allowing yourself to integrate your next steps seeing yourself taking the steps as we finish this practice in a few minutes knowing what you will do what you'll work on on this project and task allowing you to shift into implementation of all of this inner work a few audible exhales we'll wind down this inner portion of this guided practice to supercharge your focus now so you can gently open your eyes take a few minutes or moments i should say to acclimate to the here and now and as you do this i'm going to introduce a few steps you can take now to boost your actual biophysical systems your body now that we've worked on the inner landscape and supercharge your focus energy mindset and hardscape for more focus and motivation we're going to consider now the following things as you get up and after you actually finish listening to this practice consider going over and splashing cold water on your face and hands splashing cold water on your face and hands it's known to stimulate us and shift us into a deeper state of focus and then every time you do this practice every time you set the time aside and space aside and energy and focus aside to do what you're here to do then using consistently a scent to stimulate yourself before getting started with the task at hand so you'd wash your face splashing cold water on your hands and face and then use a scent consistently i currently use citrus scents and i dab them under my nose you can get it in the form of maybe an essential oil or even a citrus peel if you use citrus or lavender pick one consistently and then thirdly select a song or a form of music to play in the background as you get going and as long as you do this all consistently you will begin to prime yourself to be able to enter this supercharged focus state when you splash the cold water use the scent and a sound or a song as background music for instance i use a consistent classical song classical music song and i listen to it consistently when i'm working on these projects so what you're going to do now is as we wrap up you're going to prepare yourself to take the steps these three action steps that you envision taking today by consciously and intentionally setting a timer for what has been scientifically proven 90 minute time slots are peak performance time slots so setting 90 minutes for you to get going on these three action steps prioritizing them and holding yourself accountable by right now writing them down if you haven't already what came through what are the three steps i need to take now what do i need to prioritize in this 90 minute time slot to commence the results and begin implementing the inner work results of this supercharged guided practice so jotting down those three action steps and knowing that with this focused intention remembering setting your sights high and expecting positive outcomes and taking the actionable steps as you are now that's the mindset for success and divine success and you're going to continue to accelerate your progress the more you do this practice the more you focus you use the splashing of water the scent and the sound the 90 minute chunks more and more you will accelerate your progress towards manifesting and actualizing your vision and before you get on to it you can
