Bless The Earth & Planetary Gridwork

Much like our bodies have energy meridians & pathways, so does the Earth's body have energy centers, pathways (called ley-lines), and an Energy Field.

Because we are all interconnected, we can both attune into the Earth's grid & Field, as well as bless & charge the planet for the highest good of all beings -- this is what is meant by "doing Gridwork" on the planet!

This guided energy meditation is a sacred opportunity to do your part in blessing, clearing & charging the Earth's grid system, so we can help raise the vibration of the planet & all beings that inhabit it :-)

Transcript

Much like our bodies have energy meridians and pathways,

So does the Earth have an energy body and centers and pathways that are oftentimes called ley lines,

As well as an overall energetic field.

And because science has shown us we're all interconnected,

We can both attune into the Earth's grid and field and pathways as well as charge the Earth's energy for the highest good of all beings that inhabit this planet.

And that is often what is meant by doing grid work on the planet.

And in this way,

We can be the change in frequency that we wish to see in the world.

So no matter what the cause of disturbance,

We can support,

Stabilizing and charging the Earth's energetic grid,

Doing our part as divine Templars.

So let's begin by dropping into our inner landscape and warming up by putting our hands to our heart and chest,

Breathing through our nostrils,

Using our diaphragm.

Taking a moment to open to the here and now with each breath,

Centering more and more dropping out of the head and arriving more and more into the body.

Every inhale through the nose,

Using the diaphragm,

Feeling the hands on the chest,

Dropping in intentionally and willfully more and more into your body.

So we open,

Center and arrive each breath more and more.

Feeling our mind dropping into our body.

Feeling more and more embodied awareness coming online with each inhale and exhale.

Opening,

Centering and arriving more and more with each breath that you take.

Allowing your awareness to deepen,

More presence to come into your body.

More harmony and cohesion as your mind,

Heart and body start to sync up with every inhale and exhale.

Opening,

Centering and arriving with every breath cycle more and more.

Letting the mind clear out and harmonize with the heart.

And your body relaxing.

With every inhale and exhale,

Come back here now as we warm up.

Start to go deeper into this practice now.

On the next exhale,

Start to feel and draw your awareness to the top of your head.

Gathering all of your attention awareness at the top of your head as you breathe in and out.

Concentrating now on the top of your head and an energy center called the crown chakra.

With every inhale and exhale,

Breathe into this center,

Into this crown chakra at the top of your head.

Feeling your crown opening on every inhale.

I open my crown with every breath I take.

Allowing that command to operate at a subconscious level saying,

Get out loud.

I open my crown with every breath I take.

Much like the moonroof or sunroof of a car opening,

Feel the top of your head opening more and more.

This crown energy center opening more and more.

With every inhale and exhale.

Breathing and letting this crown now receive an inpouring of energies.

As you've opened the top,

Now allow and breathe in and let divine energy stream in from the higher realms and higher dimensions.

Feeling these energies that we're going to use later to charge the earth flowing through us and to us.

Feel these energies coming into the top of your head with every breath you take.

Coming into the top of your head and flowing through your body all the way down,

All the way down and gathering at the feet.

Feeling all these energies coming in with every inhale and exhale through the crown down into the body and gathering more and more at your feet.

Inhaling and exhaling and feeling into your feet and the bottom of your feet.

Feeling all these energies flowing into you,

Gathering at your feet.

And now like we did at the top,

Focusing at the bottom of our feet,

The center of each foot,

There's an energy center at the sole of our feet.

Known as the sole chakra,

S O L E.

Each foot has one.

Much like a valve at the bottom of each foot,

Breathe into them.

Breathe into the left and right foot concurrently.

And with every breath you take,

Opening the soles of the feet and these energy centers at the soles,

The left and right feet.

Opening more and more with every inhale,

This valve and allowing the energies that are flowing through you now to take you as if they're taking you down a slide,

Going down the soles of your feet down into the earth.

And as you arrive down below your feet,

About a foot or two below you,

Taking a moment to pause here.

Feeling into what they call the earth star now.

Feeling the crown open,

All the energies coming in from the divine pouring through you,

Filling you as a beacon and instrument.

Feeling the soles of the feet open and all this energy pouring down and you deep below your feet at the earth star.

Feeling the pulsing of this energy center that connects you and your human form and consciousness to the terrestrial grids.

And as you breathe in and out,

Feel this earth star pulsing and welcoming you like a doorway opening,

Feeling yourself entering the terrestrial grids of the earth and connecting with every breath deeper and deeper into the earth and the earth's grid.

As you inhale,

Feel yourself descending below the earth star and feeling the entirety of the earth's energy system connecting with you more and more.

Establishing a pulsing with your life force and breath as you breathe,

Going deeper into the earth,

Connecting deeper with the energy body and energy centers and pathways and energy field of the earth and planet earth.

Feeling yourself deep into the earth,

Establishing a connection,

Letting the divine energies that are pouring into your crown out through your soles of your feet down into your earth star.

Now deep into the earth's grid and field,

Feel all these energies flushing and gushing and flowing out through you into the earth where you're concentrating your awareness,

Your focus and intention.

Connecting naturally with the earth's grid and field.

Feel sense and intent as if you're embracing the earth more and more as if you're literally hugging the planet with your awareness.

Maybe you can visualize yourself actually holding the planet like a little ball in front of you,

Giving it a divine hug.

More and more.

These energies pouring through you into the earth's grid.

See the earth lighting up more and more as you hold the globe.

All these energies flowing out of you into the earth more and more to all the energy centers,

Pathways and the energy field and body of the earth.

Exhale.

Feel the earth inhaling and exhaling with you.

Feel,

Sense and intend for yourself as you connect and embrace the earth with your awareness as you bathe the planet with these divine energies more and more.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Feeling the entirety of these energies flowing out of you,

Bathing into the planet deeper and deeper.

And see the planet has a globe more and more as you breathe as we go deeper into this grid work.

See the seven main centers or seven main chakras of the earth body lighting up.

They're in North America and Mount Shasta.

They're in Peru.

They're in Australia,

Uluru.

They're in Ava Berry,

Near Stonehenge.

Also in Egypt.

And lastly,

Mount Kailash.

These seven energy centers are the main chakras of the earth's energy body.

And now you can see in your mind's eye,

Those places on the earth,

Even if you don't know where they're physically at,

Lighting up more and more.

See them lighting up these seven energy chakras of the earth,

Lighting up more and more.

Mount Shasta,

Peru,

Uluru,

Ava Berry,

Egypt and Mount Kailash.

Seeing the ley lines and pathways connecting these planetary power centers around the globe.

See them all being bathed as you breathe in and out.

Feel the earth pulsing in and out.

You bathing the earth with these divine energies that are flowing through you.

It's the divine Templar that you are now.

Seeing these energy pathways of the earth connecting all these centers around the earth like a grid system.

Cross-weaving around the planet,

Carrying these energies and these currents of divine energies around the globe and deep into the earth grid.

Inhale and exhale and connecting with this grid more and more.

Bringing down divine energies to pour through you more and more.

And out of you and into the earth's grid more and more with each breath.

Down through you into the earth,

Bathing the earth's grid,

Cleansing it,

Charging it with each breath.

Feeling the pulsing within you of your energy systems.

As you notice more and more of the pulsing of the energy systems of the earth.

Feeling,

Sensing and seeing the physical locations of the earth and the earth's entire earth grid lighting up and pulsating with more and more divine energies and divine life force.

These divine energies pouring through you more and more into these various seven energy centers of the planet.

With each inhale and exhale the planet lighting up more and more,

More and more of these divine energies pouring through you coming into the earth.

Into every aspect dimension,

Every carbon and energetic fiber of the earth.

Let's focus one by one on these seven centers.

Drawing our focus to North America first.

Mount Shasta lighting up as the planetary root chakra of the earth.

Mount Shastra lighting up as you breathe in and out in North America.

Again,

Not having to worry about whether you know in your consciousness where it is.

Seeing it on the globe lighting up.

And then the second,

The planetary sacral center or chakra in Peru and the sacred Andes mountains.

South America below the first chakra.

Then we travel over the oceans to Australia seeing the third,

The power center of the planet in Mount Uluru in Australia lighting up.

And then going all the way to the United Kingdom and seeing the Ava Berry Stonehenge areas lighting up as the planetary heart center.

Breathing in and out and traveling to Egypt as the planetary throat center in Egypt lights up.

And lastly traveling a little bit east of there to Mount Kailash in the Himalayas lighting up as the planetary third eye in crown region.

Seeing these areas even if you don't know where they are.

Lighting up the entirety of the planet being bathed with your focus intention and awareness.

All these energies pouring out of you and into the globe and into these various deeper aspects of the earth's grids,

Pathways and energy field.

Noticing your attention traveling deeper now into the earth,

Deeper into the various ecosystems and layers of the planet.

As you travel deeper and deeper into the planet notice yourself traveling into these various ecosystems.

As you begin to see yourself traveling between these seven chakras through the forests and jungles now.

All the forests and jungles of the globe and earth lighting up.

As you travel through the forests and jungles now.

Going up the mountains and hill regions all around the planet all the mountains and hills lighting up.

Seeing all the various waterways and oceans,

Rivers and lakes connecting these regions around the globe lighting up.

Passing by the ice caps and ice regions of the planet.

See yourself going into the shores and beaches all around the planet lighting up bathing all these ecosystems with divine energies.

Traveling deep into the valleys and across the plains.

And seeing the deserts,

Valleys and plains of the earth lighting up more and more.

Feeling the earth bathe all these various aspects and ecosystems of the planet being bathed with divine energies.

See them all glowing and charging in unison with each breath.

Seeing all aspects of the globe lighting up more and more.

Breathe in and out let the earth bathe and soak up all aspects of it soaking up these divine energies flowing through you into it.

Now we're going to take our intention deeper into dissolving any interferences or discordant energies in the earth's grid as we go deeper into this grid work.

And now I want you to breathe deeper and deeper and see the divine light flowing through you becoming a golden white light.

A purifying golden white light that we modulate now.

And we see this golden white light flowing into the earth clearing any toxins,

Any synthetic technologies,

Any negative energies in the atmosphere,

In the ecosystems,

In the energetic grids within the earth.

All these aspects being cleared out more and more by this divine golden white purifying energy bathing into the planet.

Clearing the atmosphere,

The grids and the energy systems and ecosystems physical and energetic all around within various aspects and dimensions and facets of the planet.

We dissolve all these overlays and synthetic interferences now say those words we dissolve all these interferences,

Synthetic overlays,

Any energies that no longer belong in the earth or on the earth more and more in the highest good.

We ask that they all be dissolved and alchemized.

Breathing in and out seeing more and more restoration and activation of the earth's natural glow with every breath in and out that you take.

Seeing as you inhale and exhale the earth restoring and activating its natural glow.

More and more of a natural planetary vibe glowing.

Higher vibration integrating into the various aspects of the planet.

All the currents and pathways.

All the atmosphere and ecosystems.

Entirety of the globe's divine field,

The ley lines,

Energy centers,

The entirety of the earth's energy and physical landscapes.

All physical and energetic aspects restoring and activating with every breath I take.

Dissolving all these toxins,

Synthetic energies and technologies,

Negative or false light overlays and interferences.

More and more of a natural planetary vibe,

A natural organic current and pathways coming online.

Seeing the planet in your arms in your field of consciousness glowing and growing.

More of a divine field,

A restoration as you see a pulsing of these currents all around the earth.

A life force,

A natural life force going into the grids of the earth more and more.

Seeing an infusion of these divine golden rays deep into the grids of the earth,

The energetic pathways.

Bathing and integrating into every aspect of the planet.

Calibrating and harmonizing the grid of the earth,

The field of the earth.

Stabilizing all energies within and around this planet.

Inhale and exhale,

See the earth calibrate and harmonize and stabilize.

See all the energies within and around this planet stabilizing.

Stabilizing in this timeline,

In all timelines,

In this dimension,

In all dimensions.

Tightening the hug around the earth,

Giving more love and attention and awareness and focus as you bring through more and more of these divine energies to charge the earth and its grid.

Much like your breath,

Feel,

Sense and see the flow of energies harmoniously charging the earth's ley lines,

Centers,

Grids and the entire field of the earth.

Breathing in these energies,

Bathing and integrating all these divine energies.

And now see all the inhabitants of the earth.

Every being,

See them all modulating and receiving these energies as is appropriate for them.

So that the energies can serve everyone and each person in a miraculous way.

Allowing us all to receive as is appropriate for the highest good and most benevolent outcomes,

These energies and integrate them easefully and optimally.

You breathe in and out knowing may all beings on this planet be blessed as we also bless the planet itself.

May all beings in the earth be held in the highest light and sound.

Seeing the earth literally be bathed in the highest lights and sounds.

Giving the earth one final embrace for now.

Seeing the blessings for the earth and all its inhabitants flowing through you and to you.

As well as to the planet and every being.

Giving thanks to yourself and to the opportunity to be a divine Templar and bless and charge and do the sacred grid work.

And on the next inhale and exhale let go of the planet.

Come back to your body and the room you're currently in.

Wiggling your fingers,

Opening your eyes,

Taking a moment to acclimate to the here and now and giving thanks to yourself again.

And to the universe and to the planet and to all beings for the opportunity.

To bring healing,

Transformation and high vibes to this planet and all its inhabitants.

As we allow the planet and all these beings to integrate these energies more and more as we take these last breaths together.

Grounding back more and more here and now.
