We begin with a step-by-step process to center in our breath, deepen our awareness, open & attune our Mind, Heart & Body, and then diving deeper with the Ascension Invocation & Activation portion, finishing with grounding & integration of the higher-vibrational energies we activate & call-in.

Welcome and thank you for joining me for this ascension invocation practice to prime and attune ourselves and then invoke intentionally and consciously higher dimensional energies known as ascension frequencies and integrating them into our mind,

Heart,

Body,

And soul systems.

Take a moment to get situated,

Closing your eyes,

Drawing your awareness to your breath and breathing through your nostrils,

Expanding your diaphragm outwards on every inhale and then contracting your belly and diaphragm,

Letting out the air through your nostrils on the exhale,

Maintaining this awareness as you open,

Center,

And arrive to the here and now as we dive into this practice to prepare ourselves to receive these higher dimensional energies by opening our mind,

Heart,

And body systems.

So,

As we attune and anchor and arrive at the breath using our nose and diaphragm,

Inhaling and opening,

Exhaling and arriving and centering more and more,

Feeling into what's present in your mind,

In your thoughts,

In your heart and emotions,

And in your body and cells and anatomy.

With every inhale and exhale opening and centering and arriving to your body and putting one hand on your heart and one hand on your stomach to anchor even more so to your body,

Achieving deeper and deeper states with every inhale and exhale.

As you open,

Center,

And arrive,

Warming up and priming your inner senses and subtle awareness with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to deepen in awareness,

In attention,

And in your inner landscape.

On the next inhale and exhale,

Draw your awareness to the center of your brow,

The middle of your head,

And arrive here feeling the fullness of your hands still on your diaphragm and torso and arriving with your intention and attention as you breathe at the center of your brow known as the mind center,

Breathing in and out with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to both arrive at this mind center and also attune to it.

And as you inhale,

Intend and bring your attention to this mind center,

Opening with every inhale as if your mind is opening like the opening of the window of a house or some type of a visual that will allow you to deepen your actual intention and attention of allowing this center in the middle of your brow,

This mind center to open,

Prime,

And fully expand outward as we allow ourselves to drop in to more universal levels of mind or divine mind as it were.

With every inhale and exhale,

I invite you to say out loud and command to your sub and super consciousness to open and attune your mind with every inhale and exhale.

I open my mind and attune it to the divine mind with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing your mind to achieve a more expansive state with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to truly achieve an attunement like a satellite to a greater non-local source of absolute intelligence known as the divine mind.

With every inhale and exhale,

Opening the mind center more and more.

And now on the next exhale,

Dropping down to where your first hand lies on your heart as you let your mind continue to pulse in rhythm as you arrive back at your heart,

The second of the three main systems or gates or centers,

Allowing yourself to feel the mind open and expansive,

Arriving on the inhale at the heart,

Continuing that breath cycle using your nostrils and diaphragm and truly feeling the fullness of your heart,

Both the physical heart,

Front,

Back,

Top,

And sides,

And the inner chamber of your physical heart space with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to feel into your emotions,

Your heart space and energetic heart with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing yourself to arrive at the heart.

And like we did above,

Letting your hearts open and attuned to a greater divine heart,

A non-local and absolute loving source of high vibrational energies with every inhale and exhale,

Visualizing like a blossoming of a flower,

Our heart center opening and attuning to this divine heart as we likewise command ourselves by saying,

I open my heart to the divine heart with every inhale and exhale,

Drawing in the breath,

Feeling the heart physically and energetically opening like the blossoming of a lotus flower and allowing ourselves like a pitching fork,

As it were,

To attune to a higher vibrational space of divine loving,

The multiversal heart with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling and noticing the heart more expansive,

More full and able to feel into a more refined and higher vibrational state with every inhale and exhale,

Inhaling and exhaling more and more of this open,

Expansive and attuned heart space,

Feeling your mind and heart in rhythm as you breathe in and exhale out,

Dropping down on this exhale to the third center where the other hand lies on the stomach,

Known as the power center,

The gut brain,

As we arrive here,

Feeling the mind open and expansive,

The heart in rhythm with the mind open and expansive,

And now arriving with your intention and attention more and more at the gut and the power center where your hand lies at the lower part of your torso,

With every inhale and exhale arriving,

Feeling the front,

The back,

The sides and the top of the abdomen and power center,

Feeling into your body more fully and into the bio-electromagnetic power that we carry so much of it in the torso region and allowing yourself to arrive here at the power center in the abdomen with every inhale and exhale,

Allowing it to open and attune to this divine source of absolute power,

True divine power,

With every inhale allowing the belly to really open and relax and expand out and allowing yourself to feel your belly opening,

Your power center opening with every inhale and exhale allowing it to open and attune to divine power as you breathe and intend and attend as we did with the mind and heart also breathing in rhythm.

My power center is open and attuned to divine power with every inhale and exhale.

My power center is attuned to divine power with every inhale and exhale,

Feeling the mind,

The heart,

The body,

All three of these centers and systems breathing in unison and as you continue to breathe naturally allow yourself to follow along with me letting my words be your words.

Beloved absolute source,

Divine absolute spirit,

This I am presence,

The I am that I am.

I call you in now as I intentionally invoke into my mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy systems,

True higher dimensional light,

Divine love,

Divine wisdom,

And divine power that I can use and wield in my life practically.

I hereby ask and divinely invoke and pray for the collective help of my team of divine guides as well as supporting an easeful integration of the energies I'm about to call in.

I hereby call forth an all-powerful divine two of divine light substance and higher vibrational energies as I feel it beaming into me with every inhale and exhale filling my mind,

Heart,

And power centers and energy systems with this higher vibrational energy as I breathe in this divine tube of really beautiful and potent ascension energies.

I know that I am also invoking a form of divine shielding and protection through this active meditation and allowing it to permeate into my mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy systems so my thoughts,

Emotions,

As well as my biology and all of the energy systems work in harmony in both taking and activating these energies as well as integrating them and really allowing yourself now to breathe in these words letting the flow of energy from above flow towards you and into you feeling this beautiful tube and pillar of energy surrounding you and as you feel this to visualize it,

Sense it with your breath,

Draw it into your mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy bodies and allow these energies to penetrate deep into your cells,

Deep into your biochemistry and emotional landscape,

Deep into your mind and neurosynapses,

Deep into your cells and organs and biological systems as well as your DNA and every carbon and quantum aspect of you allowing it to synthesize divinely and allowing your divine self to merge more with you as you breathe in and out feeling your mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy systems breathing in cohesion as you allow a rainbow energy to fill this tube of rainbow rays a fullness of the divine antahkarana the fullness of your golden thread and soul stream penetrating your mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy bodies as if you're in a chamber more and more and this tube allowing it to penetrate all aspects of you all aspects of the mind,

Heart,

Body,

And energy bodies breathing it in hand on heart and torso as you inhale through your nostrils allowing your diaphragm to pull in these beautiful rainbow hues allowing all aspects of myself as I now say divinely I now attune myself in the presence of divine source as I allow my own sacred sound and ascension frequency to get louder and clearer as I attune more and more to my soul to my higher self and to this divine stream and pillar of divine and absolute ascension energies as I call them forth more and through this pillar allowing them to flow through me and to me allowing me to be inspired allowing myself to be more hopeful allowing myself to feel the divine power and protection seeping into every aspect of my mind every aspect of my heart every aspect of my body and every aspect of my energy bodies more and more more and more with every inhale and exhale I allow myself to drink and soak up these energies of this divine pillar filled with rainbow hues more and more as I let it now fill every aspect of me with this divine cosmic light as I allow it to fill my pineal gland and pituitary gland and thyroid and thymus gland as well as my adrenal glands soaking all the way down to my gonads and sexual glands allowing all of these divine energies to fill every aspect of every part of my biosystems more and more allowing myself to be in these higher dimensional energies easefully optimally gracefully and maximally processing so my biorhythm my ability to process light my light quotient my divine light quotient are all working at peak levels as is appropriate for my mind heart body and energy bodies I now call forth my divine I am presence and the support of my higher self and divine guides and allowing me to seal this practice so that it may be in my highest good and for the most benevolent outcomes more and more allowing my mind my neurosynapses my nervous system my mindscape and thoughts to fill and integrate these energies more and more with every inhale and exhale allowing my heart my biochemistry as well as my emotional and heart space to absorb and integrate these energies peacefully and maximally and allowing my biology my organs every cell every part of every strand of my dna and every carbon and quantum part of me to soak up and integrate with every inhale and exhale feeling my biology my heart my mind as well as my energy systems soaking up and integrating these ascension vibrations knowing that I can come back at any time grounding myself at any time as I do now being able to achieve these higher vibrational states more and more so I can bring them forth for divine wisdom for divine courage and for divine impact in my life and for those that I interact with and as you breathe in this last time I invite you to thank yourself bring your hands into a prayer pose and allow yourself to both give thanks for the energies above the earth energies and the energies that hold us as well as our bodies minds and hearts as well as our team of guides and higher self and thanks to you for my allowing me to trust and guide you through this practice as I give you blessings and love I'm Haas the Deity and I truly appreciate you letting me support you and bringing more heart and soul to your life so you can be the ascending leader you came here to be please support my mission of bringing more heart and soul to leaders around the world by liking this content and sharing it with others that will benefit like you did sending you lots of love and blessings as you carry these energies and vibrations forth in your life and applying them to your leadership
