Hello,

My name is Annabelle and today we're going to be doing a meditation all around safety and abandonment.

So I invite you to close your eyes and get comfortable.

Maybe taking a seat or laying down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Breathing in through your nose,

Feeling your belly rise with each breath and exhale,

Allowing yourself to sigh,

Release any tension.

Again,

Breathing in through your nose and sighing out through your mouth.

Breathing in through your nose and sighing out through your mouth.

And one final time,

Taking the deepest breath you have all day and allowing yourself to become still and relaxed on your exhale.

I want you to know how appreciated you are for everything that you do.

People may not say it,

But they see you.

They see you way more than you think that they do.

If they stopped to thank you for everything that you did,

They would never stop because they see that many amazing things about you.

From how caring you are,

How loving,

How thoughtful,

How just being in your energy makes people feel safe,

How attentive you are,

How you pick up things that most people wouldn't.

You see people and people see you exactly as you are.

The divine,

Beautiful version of you which is your truth.

And because of that,

No one ever wants to leave.

Everyone in your life is here for the long term.

There is an argument.

There is a disagreement.

It's okay to stay.

You are still loved.

You are still appreciated.

And we see all of your wonderful qualities and we also know that you're human.

You're going to make mistakes,

But they're forgivable.

Because I see your intention.

We all do.

It is one of pure love,

One of healing,

One of kindness.

And miscommunications happen,

But you are loved way more than you think.

So I invite you to take your hands and place them in your heart and take some deep breaths.

Allowing your heart space to open up even further.

Allowing you to let people in more.

Because it's safe to.

Everyone that you allow in is here for your best good.

Because you have amazing qualities and you can see people and their intention.

And so you only choose to let in the people who match you.

Who match your frequency of love,

Of care,

Of kindness.

And by letting people in more,

You're allowing more love into your life.

But you're only able to do this when it feels safe to.

When you feel safe to.

So I ask how can it feel safer in your body right now to let people in?

To allow them to see your true self.

Your whole soul.

Because it is light,

It is golden and it is gleaming.

And you don't need to protect yourself anymore.

Because no one is here to hurt you.

So how can you build more safety?

More security?

So that it feels safe to let people in?

Taking another deep breath into your heart space.

I want you to say or think these words with me.

I am lovable as I am.

I make people feel safe.

I am safe with other people.

I allow people to see my true self.

I let more love into my life.

I am worthy of a loving connection.

People see the true me and they love it.

I am safe in my body.

It is safe to be my authentic self.

I love myself deeply and completely.

I will always be there for me.

I am strong and I am courageous.

I am lovable exactly as I am.

When you're ready,

Taking one more heart-centered breath and then starting to move your hands and toes and your exhale.

Eventually opening your eyes,

Coming back to a beautiful world.

I invite you to journal,

To reach out to someone,

To deepen your connection with others and with yourself.

You are loved exactly as you are and I hope you have a wonderful day.

I’ve pulled back from Insight a bit more to see myself as a guide. Today, I felt called to come here for some things on my mind.
