Hello and welcome.
In today's meditation we're gonna be finding courage.
Courage is an emotional transformation of putting ourselves in situations that scare us a little bit,
But putting us in situations that allow us to grow,
To expand.
So when you're ready,
Lay down,
Close your eyes,
Deepen your breath,
Allowing your belly to rise on your inhale and fall on your exhale,
Releasing any stress with each exhale sighing out any tension,
Knowing you are completely safe.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now and there's nothing else you need to be doing.
Just allowing,
Relaxing,
Becoming present.
I want you to imagine your breath is now starting at your skull,
That is where you are inhaling from.
You draw the breath down to the base of your spine and exhale out of your feet,
Pulling down more breath,
More life force energy.
Exhale grounding it fully,
Feeling the breath travel down your spine and exit from your body,
Feeling the sensations roll through your body,
Feeling the tension release,
Grounding your current energy and one final breath,
Inhaling down,
Exhaling completely.
I want you to think of a situation that you are going through or a dream that you have,
Something in your life that needs to change.
I ask you how can this work out in the best way possible?
How can this be incredible?
How can the universe give you something even better than what you're expecting?
What you are hoping for?
Imagining this dream coming true,
I want you to think of how it feels in your body,
What emotions are running through you right now.
Now I want you to breathe into your heart center,
Inhaling and exhaling as this is the most magnetic part of our body,
Allowing your manifestation to fly to you.
I want you to visualize yourself sometime in the future,
Looking back at today,
Thinking of all the steps you took,
How it was easier,
Simpler and funner than you thought possible,
How you were guided,
How you saw challenges and you were prepared for them.
I want you to think of that first step that you took,
That first act of courage that ignited the plan into action.
I want you to think of every time you felt fear,
It was the sign you were going in the right direction,
That you were changing your life and even though you felt fear,
You were safe,
You were protected and you were guided.
Every leap of courage that you took,
It was the catalyst for your new life.
Breathing deeply into the heart,
Placing your hands on your heart if you may,
I want you to remember the plan and the first step and in a few breaths you're gonna feel so energized,
So courageous,
So ready to start the next phase of your life,
Knowing and trusting that you are ready,
That you have this dream because it was meant for you.
Breathing in and on your exhale,
Blinking your eyes open,
Starting to move your fingers and toes,
Getting ready to take that inspired action.
You are courageous,
You are worthy and you are loved.
