It's time to take a short break.

Using breathing and a body scan to help us find peace and positivity today.
It's important to remember that you should be a priority as well and giving yourself just a few minutes of time each day to calm and quiet your mind can be hugely beneficial to your well-being.
Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down,
Whatever works for you.
And when you feel ready.
Just allow the eyes to drift closed Shift your focus to the breath now,
And allow it to slow down.
In gently through the nose and out through the mouth.
With each breath out,
Allow any current thoughts to just fade from your mind,
Like thin clouds dissolving into a clear blue sky.
Give your body permission to let go of any tension you might be carrying.
Allow it to fall away from you,
And breathe nice and slow.
Try to drop the breath down into the belly and feel it expand as you breathe in,
Filling the belly and then the chest.
And allow it all to slowly deflate you exhale.
If it helps,
You can place a hand on your belly.
And feel the waves of your breathing.
Imagine that each breath in is filling you with hope and peace.
With each breath out,
You are blowing away all the tension from your body.
And worries from your mind.
And now as you breathe in,
Just hold it for a few seconds notice the feeling here.
And then let all of it go with a long,
Slow exhale.
Again,
Breathe in this fresh,
Healing air.
Hold and notice the feeling.
And as you breathe out now.
Give yourself a little smile.
Allow yourself to release the memories of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow.
And just be with this moment.
Allow your breath to fall back to a natural rhythm,
And enjoy the soft rising and falling sensations.
Now,
Just bring your focus to the very top of your head.
And we will begin a gentle body scan.
And as we pass each body part.
Give it permission to let go of tension and completely relax.
Allow your forehead to become loose and free Your brows soften and relax.
The area around your eyes and your cheeks is losing all tension now your jaw becomes soft.
And your lips part slightly.
As they let go.
A new relaxation runs down the back of your neck and across your shoulders as all the muscles soften.
And any tension falls away.
Like soft butter melting.
A softness trickles down your arms through your elbow joints and down into your hands and your fingers.
Your hands and arms hang heavy now and are completely relaxed.
There is a warmth filling your chest and stomach.
With each breath that you take,
You feel your belly and chest opening up.
And becoming free.
And you allow yourself to let go of any holding in today.
And now.
Allow the muscles in your buttocks to soften.
And any tension to slowly melt away.
The softness flows down your legs relaxing your thighs and your knees.
Your calves are heavy.
And your ankles are soft.
A soothing sensation runs along the tops of your feet.
Into your toes.
And back along the soles.
Your whole body is calm,
Relaxed.
And comfortable.
Free from tension.
And open to possibility.
And now,
Allow this feeling of peace to flow back up through your body,
All the way to the top of your head,
And allow it to lift you up just slightly and from the top of your head.
Allow these beautiful feelings to radiate out of you.
Like a fountain into the world.
Give yourself a moment to feel grateful for this mind that you possess.
And this body that has carried you so far.
And to be grateful for a brand new day of life and opportunity now ahead of you.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and take in the space around you once again.
As you go forward now.
Try to lead with these feelings.
And remind yourself of the things that are within your control,
And try to let everything else go.
