Feel the natural rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
With each inhale,
Imagine you're breathing in acceptance and with each exhale,
Release any tension or resistance.
Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you,
Emanating from within your heart.
This light represents pure love and acceptance.
Feel it expanding with each breath,
Filling your entire being with its radiant warmth.
Now bring to mind someone or something that fills you with love and acceptance.
It could be a loved one,
A pet,
Or a cherished memory.
Allow yourself to bask in the feelings of love and acceptance that arise within you.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Start tapping on the eyes and you can repeat loud or in your mind.
I am worthy of love and acceptance just as I am.
Sides of the eye,
I embrace myself fully,
Flows and all.
Under the eyes,
I forgive myself for any mistake or shortcomings.
Under the nose,
I am surrounded by love and support.
Just keep tapping and feel this affirmation resonating with you,
Filling you with a deep sense of peace and contentment.
And imagine yourself surrounded by a circle of loving beings,
Friends,
Family,
Spiritual guides,
Or whatever resonates with you.
Under the arm,
Feel their unconditional love and acceptance enveloping you,
Lifting you up and supporting you on your journey.
Top of the head,
Take a moment to express gratitude for this love and acceptance,
Knowing that it is always available to you whenever you need it.
Breathe in and out.

As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a few moments to reflect on how you feel.
Notice any shifts or sensations in your body,
Mind,
Or emotions.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
