Tap in meditation to release fear of success.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit comfortably.

Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Close your eyes and just think about you having success.

Notice any fear that is holding you back.

Notice how intense is that on a scale from 0 to 10,

Where 0 is nothing and 10 is really intense.

And let's just start tapping with the karate chop,

Sides of the hand,

While repeating the setup statement in your mind or out loud.

Even though I have this fear of success,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I have fear what success might bring,

I choose to feel calm and confident.

Even though success feel overwhelming,

I embrace the possibility of achieving my goals.

Go to the eyebrow points,

This fear of success.

Sides of the eye,

What if I can't handle it?

Under the eye,

Success feels overwhelming.

Under the nose,

I am afraid of what success might change.

Under the mouth,

What if I lose my balance?

Colorbone,

This fear is holding me back.

Under the arm,

I don't know if I'm ready.

Top of the head,

But I choose to release this fear now.

Eyebrow,

Perhaps I'm capable of handling success.

Sides of the eye,

Success brings positive change.

Under the eye,

I am ready for success.

Under the nose,

I embrace my potential.

Under the mouth,

I trust myself to succeed.

Colorbone,

Success is safe and rewarding.

Under the arm,

I am worthy of success.

Top of the head,

I embrace my potential.

Now place your hands on your heart and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.

Gently open your eyes.

Take a moment to reflect on how you feel.

Notice any shifts in your energy and mindset.

Repeat this tapping if needed.

Keep a journal of any changes you notice.
