I created this EFT tapping meditation because I've been struggling to sleep due to noise outside.

If you live in a quiet place,

Simply focus on the noise in your mind as you tap and release any disturbing sounds whether external or internal.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Take a moment to settle in.

Before we begin,

Take a moment to assess your current level of frustration on a scale from 0 to 10 where 0 is completely calm and 10 is extremely frustrated.

We start by tapping on the karate chop sides of the hand.

You can repeat the setup in your mind or out loud.

Even though I'm feeling frustrated because of this noise and I can't sleep,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though a part of me feels this frustration,

I accept how I feel and I'm open to the possibility to let go of this.

Even though I'm feeling this deep frustration and I can't sleep,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself without judgment.

We go to the eyebrow points.

All this noise is keeping me awake.

Sides of the eye.

I'm so frustrated.

I can't sleep.

Under the eye.

This noise is driving me crazy.

Under the nose.

I am feeling so restless and irritated.

Collarbone.

All this frustration in my body.

Under the arm.

I can't relax because of this noise.

Top of the head.

I just want to sleep peacefully.

Eyebrow points.

This remaining frustration.

Sides of the eye.

I'm so annoyed by this noise.

Under the eye.

This remaining frustration.

Under the nose.

It is difficult to sit comfortable with all this sound.

Collarbone.

This remaining frustration.

Under the arm.

This frustration is keeping me awake.

Top of the head.

Perhaps I can let go of some of this or maybe all.

Eyebrow points.

I am beginning to feel calm.

Sides of the eye.

I am safe and can start to relax.

Under the eye.

I am letting go of this frustration.

Under the nose.

I am finding peace within.

Under the mouth.

My body is relaxing despite the noise.

Collarbone.

I am letting go of this irritation.

Under the arm.

I am becoming more at ease.

Top of the head.

I am peaceful and calm.

No matter the noise.

Now take a few moments to sit quietly.

Notice how you feel.

Remember you can repeat this tapping meditation whenever you need to relax and to release frustration and promote relaxation.

You deserve a peaceful night's sleep.

This meditation really helped me.

So please let me know in a comment if you find it useful.
