Welcome to Disturbing Meditation for Releasing Catarsis.

Find a quiet space.

Ensure you're in a comfortable and quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

Focus on the specific emotion or experience you want to release.

For example,

Might be anger,

Sadness,

Frustration or grief.

Take a deep breath and set an intention for this tapping session.

You might say I intend to release any pent-up emotions and find peace with myself.

And let's start by tapping on the karate chop sides of the hand and repeat the statement in your mind or out loud.

Even though I have these intense emotions,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I have these intense emotions,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself without judgment.

Even though a part of me feel these intense emotions,

I deeply and completely love and accept myself without any judgment.

We go to the eyebrow points,

These intense emotions inside me.

Sides of the eye,

I feel overwhelmed by them.

Under the eye,

They are weighing me down.

Under the nose,

I don't know how to let them go.

Under the mouth,

They've been with me for so long.

Collarbone,

I am ready to release them.

Under the arm,

I want to feel lighter.

Top of the head,

These intense emotions inside me.

Let's go for another round.

Eyebrow points,

All this anger and frustration.

Sides of the eye,

All this sadness and pain.

Under the eye,

It's been building up inside me.

Under the nose,

I don't need to hold on to it anymore.

Under the mouth,

I can let it go.

Collarbone,

I'm open to releasing it.

Under the arm,

I deserve to feel at peace.

Top of the head,

I'm ready to let it go.

We go back to the eyebrow points.

I am releasing this anger.

Sides of the eye,

I am letting go of this sadness.

Under the eye,

I am releasing this frustration.

Under the nose,

I am letting go of this pain.

Under the mouth,

I'm open to feeling lighter.

Collarbone,

I am ready for peace.

Under the arm,

I choose to release these emotions.

Top of the head,

I am open to healing.

We breathe in and out.

And we go back to the eyebrow points.

I am welcome peace into my life.

Sides of the eye,

I am open to feeling calm.

Under the eye,

I am embracing tranquility.

Under the nose,

I am choosing to feel peaceful.

Under the mouth,

I am filled with serenity.

Collarbone,

I am at peace with myself.

Under the arm,

I am embracing calmness.

Top of the head,

I am at peace.

We breathe in and out.

Let's go back to the eyebrow points.

I am free from these intense emotions.

Sides of the eye,

I am open to new possibilities.

Under the eyes,

I am welcoming peace.

Under the nose,

I am embracing tranquility.

Under the mouth,

I am filled with calm.

Collarbone,

I am at peace with myself.

Under the arm,

I am free.

Top of the head,

I am at peace.

Let's just close your eyes and take a deep breath and release it slowly.

Imagine a wave of calm washing over you.

Cleansing away any remaining tension or emotions.

Repeat this tapping meditation as often as needed to help release intense emotions and find peace.

And very important to drink water when you do energy work.
