EFT Tapping Points

In this track, you'll learn about the key EFT tapping points and where they are located on the body. The process will guide you through each point, from the top of the head to under the arms, explaining their location and name.

This is a guide to the location of the primary EFT tapping point.

Karate chop point.

This is on the outer edge of your hand,

Roughly where you would strike if doing a karate chop.

It's located on the side of the hand below the little finger.

Eyebrow point.

This point is at the beginning of the eyebrow,

Just above the nose on the inner side of the eye,

Found on the bone at the outer corner of the eye.

This point is located directly besides the eye.

Under the eye,

Located on the bone directly beneath the eye.

This point is directly below the pupil.

Under the nose,

This point is situated between the nose and upper lip.

Chin point,

Or under the mouth,

How I often say,

Found in the crease of the chin right in the center.

Middle bone point.

This point is just below the collarbone,

About an inch from the sternum on either side.

Under the arm,

Located about four inches below the armpit.

This point is on the side of the body,

Roughly in the line with the breast.

Top of the head.

This point is at the crown of the head,

Generally at the center.

These points are tapped gently while focusing on specific thoughts or emotions,

Helping to release stress and promote emotional balance.
