I love,

I'm Shannon,

Founder of Blissful Being and creator of the Inner Peace Club.

I'm so grateful you're here.

This meditation is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself,

To soften into love,

To hold space for exactly who you are in this moment.

Before we begin,

I would like to acknowledge that I'm recording this meditation on the unceded territory of the Likwilda people,

The Weweki,

The Wewekum,

And the Kaweka First Nations.

I offer gratitude for the land,

The water,

And the teachings that continue to flow through this place.

Now let's settle in.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Whether you're seated with your feet resting on the earth or lying down with your hands resting gently on your body.

You can go ahead and close your eyes if that feels good for you,

Or simply soften your gaze.

I invite you to take a deep inhale through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let yourself land here.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to change,

Just this moment,

Just you.

Let's take another deep breath in together through your nose and a long,

Slow exhale through your mouth.

Feel yourself arriving fully.

Now I invite you to notice where your body meets the surface beneath you.

Feel the weight of your body being held and fully supported.

Bring awareness to the gentle rhythm of your breath,

The inhale,

And the exhale.

As you breathe in,

Invite in softness.

As you breathe out,

Release any tension that doesn't need to be held right now.

Let your shoulders drop just a little bit more.

Let your jaw loosen.

Let your belly soften.

There's no effort required,

Just being,

Just breathing.

And if you notice your mind start to wander,

That's okay.

That's what minds do.

Instead of judging it,

Gently guide your attention back to this moment,

Back to your breath,

Back to now.

Every time you return,

You're practicing love.

Every time you notice,

You're practicing presence.

Now I invite you to bring your awareness to your heart space,

The center of your being.

Imagine a soft golden light glowing here,

Like the warmth of the sun gently resting on your skin.

With every inhale,

This light expands,

Filling your chest with warmth,

Kindness,

And ease.

And with every exhale,

Let it settle deeper within you.

Breathe in.

Filling yourself with love.

Breathe out.

Letting yourself receive it.

You are worthy of this love.

Not for what you do.

Not for how you show up for others.

Simply for being you.

And if your thoughts pull you away,

Know that you can return again and again with kindness.

The space of love is always here for you.

Now I'm going to share some words with you.

You don't need to force them to be true.

Just let them land like gentle ripples across a still lake.

If it feels good,

You can repeat them silently in your mind,

Or whisper them softly to yourself.

I am enough exactly as I am.

I choose to be kind to myself today.

I am learning to love myself in ways that I've never before been loved.

I give myself permission to rest,

To heal,

And to grow.

I am worthy of love simply because I exist.

Let these words echo in your heart for a moment before we continue.

Take a deep breath in,

Letting these words settle into your being.

And exhale,

Allowing them to integrate gently.

There is nothing you need to do to earn love.

It is already yours.

Now I invite you to take a moment to listen inward.

How can you offer yourself love today?

Maybe it's through a kind word,

A small act of kindness,

Or simply allowing yourself to rest without guilt.

Notice where love and kindness land within you.

Does it feel like warmth in your chest?

Softness in your shoulders?

Quiet ease in your breath?

And there's no right answer.

No rush to find one.

Just notice what arises for you.

And if nothing comes to mind,

That's okay too.

Sometimes just breathing and being here is an act of love in itself.

As we slowly bring this meditation to a close,

I invite you to place one hand over your heart.

Feel the steady rhythm beneath your palm,

Your heartbeat.

A reminder that you are here,

That you are alive,

And that you are so worthy.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And a soft exhale out through your mouth.

Know that this love,

This kindness,

It isn't something outside of you.

It's something you carry with you always.

You can return to it whenever you need.

Take one final breath here,

Filling yourself up with gratitude,

And exhale,

Releasing gently.

When you feel ready,

You can start to wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing your awareness back to your body.

And when it feels good,

You can gently open your eyes.

I invite you to share in a gesture of gratitude that works for you,

Whether that be hands to your heart,

Hands together in prayer,

Or touching the earth on which you practice.

Thank you for taking this time to practice with me today.

Namaste.
