When I was introduced to Yoga Nidra and guided imagery, I felt deeply called to share these transformative tools with others in a way that feels accessible and welcoming, whether someone is new to meditation or has practiced for years. As an Ayurvedic Practitioner based in Long Beach, California, I integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda with yoga and meditation to support holistic healing of body, mind, and spirit. I have led Ayurvedic retreats that offer personalized yoga and meditation experiences tailored to each guest’s unique constitution and healing goals. I also collaborate with Ayurveda beauty and wellness companies, bridging traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern self care and skin health. My work is rooted in resilience, nourishment, and regeneration.
