Just start to relax.
Get nice and comfy under those covers.
And we're just going to begin the sleep meditation by taking some deep breaths.
So go ahead and breathe in through your nose.
Hold for about four seconds.
And then we're going to take a deep breath in through your nose.
And then you're just going to want to breathe out.
Very good.
Just continue breathing like that taking deep deep breaths in through the nose.
Holding for the count of four.
And then just breathing all the way out.
And then just breathing all the way out.
Take another deep deep deep breath in.
Hold for four seconds.
And then just let it all out.
And as you do so,
Just allow yourself to start to feel like you're melting into your bed.
Just start relaxing more and more.
We're going to go ahead and communicate with our brain.
Let our brain know it's okay.
It's okay to wind down.
To turn off our thoughts and our worries.
And to just relax.
I want you to imagine you're sending you're sending that information to your brain.
Like a gentle reminder.
Giving yourself permission to just relax.
Just relax and let go.
And just keep breathing in nice and deep through your nose.
And then exhaling after a count of four.
Very good.
And if you haven't done so already,
I'd like you to close your eyes.
I'd like you to imagine that below your bed is this beautiful swirling vortex.
That's just touching.
Tugging at you.
Pulling you down.
And down.
To this tunnel.
Just allow yourself to let go.
Just let yourself be gently tugged.
Let your consciousness let your consciousness flow down.
And down the tunnel.
You may start to see swirling colors all around you.
And far away you begin to see a bright light.
And as you flow deeper and deeper down this tunnel you find yourself emerging in this beautiful nighttime oasis.
You begin to hear a river stream flowing a few feet away.
Go ahead and follow that.
As you walk down the trail you're greeted by the sight of a beautiful moonlit Riviera.
There's a shining full moon in the sky.
And that's when you realize that bright light you saw before was this beautiful moon.
I invite you to go ahead and dip your toes into the river.
Somehow it's nice and warm.
And you feel so comforted.
And the moon shines on the water and it glistens.
It glistens in the beautiful night sky.
And I just want you to imagine that you begin to just float and swim around in this river as you bask under the beautiful moonlight.
Just continue to let all your worries melt away.
You are safe here.
You are protected here.
Just begin to feel the warmth of the water seep into your bones.
Comforting you.
Just let all of your worries go.
Just let go.
Just let go.
And my voice may start to sound farther and farther away.
And that's okay.
Just continue to flow along the river.
Just let go.
Just let go.
Feel this warmth cradle your entire body from your head to your toes.
You feel relaxed.
So very relaxed.
I want you to imagine that the sound is coming from all around you in this safe nighttime oasis.
Begin to let it lull you to sleep.
Slowly and carefully.
Just let go.

Begin to sense that the tone from the singing bowl has a warmth to it.
As you continue to listen to the sound,
As you're drifting to sleep on the moonlit Riviera,
Imagine that the tone coming from the singing bowl,
The vibrations coming from it,
Is warming your soul.
It's warming your heart chakra.
And then feel that warmth migrate all throughout your body.
Just let go.
