To fall asleep more easily, we need to signal to our brains that it’s safe to fall asleep at the end of the day. In this meditation, you will visualize entering your brain in order to focus on shutting down the racing thoughts that are getting in the way of a good night's rest. Seeing your stress from this different perspective will help you see just how capable you are at shifting from alert and anxious to restful and calm.
