Welcome to this universal blessing prayer. I believe that everything is connected. And everything we think and we speak. Creates a frequency and it ripples out into the unseen web. Of vibrations in the earth. And beyond. In today's prayer. We will send out healing to a specific place or person. And then I will strike a singing bowl. Well, The singing bowl is rippling out into the invisible ocean of vibrational frequency. Imagine. They are receiving this healing. May all beings be well. You May all beings find peace deep within. May all beings be free of suffering. May all beings be safe. May all beings remember they are worthy. They are whole and complete. May they remember. Their value. And see themselves from the heart. And together we rise. As we give ourselves this love and compassion, May it expand out to all living beings all over the world to bring forth more light and healing. For the whole. Thank you for this precious life. Thank you for joining me today in this collective prayer meditation. Throughout the day, May you take moments to remember what you're grateful for.
