In chanting, the voice and heart connect with an unseen frequency which is connected to the specific vibrations of the chant. It is not seen in this reality, yet you can tap into it through this sonic bridge from another dimension. This chant is used for healing, transforming & awakening consciousness. Aum - Universal consciousness Namaha - In the name of Shivaya - The energy that transforms, awakens and is ever present * This special mantra has binaural beats infused in the background of the recording. You will hear a constant pulse in the back ground, this is to assist in slowing the brain waves down, which actives the parasympathetic nervous system. Benefits Include: improves your breathing; lowers the blood pressure; alance the heart rhythm; relaxation. I have personally experienced many situations that some would call magical, due to my devotional chanting practice. If you listen to this recording not believing then it might not be for you.

Namaste.

Let us begin to relax our body and find a comfortable seated position where you are relaxed either on the floor or on a chair.

And we begin by just relaxing the body through the use of breath.

As when the body is relaxed,

Sound can move more effortlessly through the bodies.

So I invite you to take a deep breath in and just allow it to be released with an audible sigh.

This next breath,

Just notice where you hold tension as you inhale and then retain the breath for three seconds after the in-breath.

And then let more of that tension melt away from your from your body.

And one last time.

To help contain the energy of in the body,

We'll bring the thumb and index finger together.

Palms up if you want to be more receptive externally or palms down if you want to be more internal.

It creates a mudra which redirects the inner pranic flow of energy.

Today we are going to begin the Shiva mantra and it's a very monotone repetition.

So there's not a lot of there's not a lot of melody and this helps the brain to relax so we don't get into a place of am I sounding good?

Singing is beautiful.

This practice is very simple.

So it can allow us to go deeper.

The definition of mantra means mind tool or mind device and it's a device to help shut off the mind.

And when we get lost in the frequency of the sound we become one with it.

Shiva is depicted as an energy of consciousness that resides within each and every one of us.

No matter what your religious belief is you can chant to Shiva.

Shiva is for new beginnings,

For awakening consciousness,

To become clear.

Shiva has great power and some texts say that Shiva is all-pervading consciousness.

Some other texts say and describe Shiva as death but as we know when there is death there's rebirth and we see it in the cycles of the seasons of the sun and the moon of our breath rising and falling and a new one beginning.

So maybe it is that you are starting a new journey or wanting to end some cycle in your life.

Whatever it is let us offer these sacred sounds in a deliberate way.

Taking at least three long deep breaths as to where you want to offer these sacred sounds in an intentional way and then listen to the mantra and then start to join me when you feel comfortable.

After a long time, I resumed my early Morning spiritual practice. So after doing 30 mins meditation, I came across this chanting. And it was nice, simple and beautiful. Also Shiva is my most favorite spiritual deity or icon. So thanks.
