Oh great spirit,
Divine mother,
Father god,
Goddess,
Called by a thousand names,
My guides,
Ancestors,
Ascended masters,
I ask you to join me on this beautiful day.
I ask for your guidance,
Protection,
And wisdom.
I am so grateful to be in this body.
Give me the compassion and strength to see all beings on my heart.
With a compassionate heart,
May I also see,
Fully love,
And accept all that I am.
I am so grateful for the abundance in my life,
For the bones of my body,
Which connect to the earth,
Of the resilient mother,
The one who gives food,
Strength,
Life,
And power.
May I breathe in her medicine and remember it is also within me.
I am forever grateful for my infinite rivers and streams within my body,
Of my blood and my fluids.
